Got a bag of deluxe burgers they were so cold the cheese didn’t ever melt a tiny bit, the buns was on the side of the burger so bad they were wrapped with 2 wrappers. There were jalapeño pepper pieces on a couple good thing I didn’t eat any ( allergic to jalapeño). I ordered the aluha chicken sandwich the chicken was so tough even my dogs had trouble chewing it. Whenever we couldn’t decide on what to eat we always ended up at braums we’ll never again.

I just got my lunch there. Ordered a #2 with mustard instead of Mayo. Large fries and a medium Dr Pepper. The only thing they got right is the drink. I got a small fry and double cheeseburger with nothing on it but meat and cheese. I realize it’s a bunch of high school kids working their first job but they need to do better.

Went to grab a quick dinner and everything was cold, the bun was all messed up and the lady taking the order was rude. Asked for some sauce and she rolled her eyes and I had 3 meals and she only gave 1 cup, and I live like 2 mins away so it didn’t have time to really get cold

So disappointed. I ordered biscuits and gravy and the big country breakfast. My gravy was on the outside of the bag. When I got home, nothing but gravy inside the bag. Apparently the lid wasn’t properly placed.
