This is not a very clean Brahms. They’re not terribly busy, but all the tables are dirty. You can see where people been walking on that seating and nobody’s wiped them off. I asked for my food to eat in the restaurant and they still gave it to me in a bag to go. Poor management training I would say. Skip this one.

Seriously, one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had in a long time! I suggest getting their fries well done but they were good too. My daughter got the chicken strips and said they were just okay but the ranch was super good.
I was shocked by the low prices – but I’m from CA so a combo under $10 is great to see. The staff was also friendly and the store was clean.

Had not been to Braum’s in many years. I was disappointed to see the steak sandwich is no longer on the menu, but I got a hamburger with no mayo extra braum’s sauce and it was good. The hand dipped ice cream was really good. The cottage cheese is delicious, best cottage cheese around!! I wish I could freeze it and take a bunch back to Ohio with me.

I have been visiting this Braum’s location since childhood, and for many years it was consistently a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined so dramatically that I feel compelled to leave this review.
In recent visits, the staff at the drive-thru window have been consistently unprofessional, inattentive, and outright disrespectful. Orders are frequently incorrect, employees speak rudely or shout through the speaker when asked—politely—to speak more clearly, and there is an overall lack of basic customer service standards. The drive-thru team in particular seems disinterested in providing even a minimal level of courtesy or hospitality.
It is astonishing that a location with such a long-standing positive reputation has been allowed to deteriorate to this extent. As someone who works in management and customer service, it is clear to me that the root of these issues lies in poor leadership and a lack of accountability. Whoever is currently responsible for running this store has allowed the operations and employee conduct to fall into complete disarray.
This location is in urgent need of a full managerial and staff overhaul. Braum’s can—and should—do significantly better.

Went for ice cream! Great choices! Manager was telling employees to clock out when they were already short staffed. We stood waiting for someone to help us for at least 10 minutes. While the Manager on shift was just staring. All the males were standing around to left not working while the females were running around doing drive thru and running the store.

I thought this was a neat local place. The food looked and tasted decent for a burger joint, but I was most impressed with the grocery store within the restaurant. For such a small space they had quite a variety of grocery items, most made by the same company which I believe is a dairy and meat producer. The staff were friendly and helpful but the restaurant’s seating area needed attention badly when we were there. Otherwise a neat place to stop in if you’re driving by and either need groceries or a burger!

One of my favorites at Braum’s is the large yogurt waffle cone twist. It is around $2.00. You will be surprised at how filling it is. They also have a smaller size if you don’t want to consume a larger portion.

I’ve gone to this location numerous times. Usually pretty solid, no complaints.
Unfortunately, today, I was two or three bites into my Chicken Club Sandwich and I decided to inspect the breaded chicken which was undercooked.
I brought it back up to the front counter and requested a new one which was fulfilled quickly.
Not a bad place, just double check if buying the chicken.

The 1.99 scoop cones made it very economical to get an afternoon tray for our group of 10. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and efficient!
