Despite the generally positive aspects such as delicious food and good service of the dining experience at this establishment, the surrounding environment presents a significant concern. The overall cleanliness of the area unfortunately detracts from the atmosphere.

I’m leaving a five-star review because I’m a business owner myself, and I understand how difficult it is to operate in today’s environment. That said, I’m writing this with the hope that ownership and upper management will read it.
We stopped in for a quick dinner. One of the ice cream ingredients was unavailable — no issue there. However, the employee who came to inform us had a bloody nose with napkins visibly hanging from his nose while speaking with us. Several coworkers gathered around him to discuss our order, all while he remained in direct guest service.
Shortly after, I observed another employee playfully toss a dirty cleaning rag across the sink area. It landed unrinsed and was left there as she moved on to another task.
At that point, I looked around and realized there did not appear to be a visible leader or manager present. That likely explains why multiple employees felt comfortable allowing a teammate in that condition to continue serving guests.
The older lady at the deli counter was kind, professional, and welcoming, but clearly overwhelmed.
This location needs visible leadership focused on customer experience and basic cleanliness standards. As guests, we shouldn’t have to question food safety or sanitation. Ultimately, it’s up to ownership to decide if this reflects the brand standard Brahms wants to represent.

It was good . Me and my son always split a med fry and 6 piece chicken tenders and have 2 water cups , it costs 11$ which is good for us . Single mom on a budget .

I went out west and tried Whataburger, In-N-Out, and Braum’s, and Braum’s is the top of the heap. Great burgers, great shakes, average fries, great fry sauce, and you can get a shake as part of a combo at no extra charge!

The food was good, the people were kind and they were also very accommodating: I couldn’t reach the lids or straws and they had no problem helping me with that. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and sweet tea it was great!

I have started making Braum’s fried chicken salads my lunch go to, but today’s was not good. The chicken was not fresh and the salad was browning. I picked off the croutons and the chicken and ate it along with the cabbage and carrots but I couldn’t eat that brown salad. I’m going to figure out something else for lunch now.
