Woohoo found the world’s worst braums. RUDE! The elder in front of us asked for a little box to take food with him. They told him no! He threw his food at her! LOL Our breakfast food was nasty. We took a few bites and threw it out and left. Cold and awful. Really worst dining experience in a long time.

If you don’t like your job then find a new one. No one wants to eat at a place that has bad customer service. Who knows what they will do with the food. It sucks because we like braums and my husband was nice. Not sure why the lady taking our order was irritated. Won’t be back to this location.

Fries.. i asked for fresh fries because i have been getting stone cold fries. They refried the old fries. Asked for mustard and cheese only on my burger snd tasted no mustard. Slow service, and not very friendly.

They must have had a busy ice cream/frozen yogurt day. They pulled out 3 empty cartons as we walked up. There was only one flavor that I saw that was frozen yogurt, Expresso chocolate chunk, but it was good.

We were passing through & since there are no Braum’s where we live, when I seen the sign we had to stop. It had been way too long since we had a Braum’s burger & ice cream. This location didn’t dissapoint. Friendly service, order was made fast & was excellent!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was absolutely awful—bland, under cooked, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the service was just as bad. The staff was rude and inattentive. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration. Save yourself the disappointment and eat somewhere else!

My daughter spilled her drink all over the floor and she was very upset. The staff member on break came up and started to help me clean up. Then the other staff member came from around the counter and continued to assure her and myself that it was no big deal. It was super sweet.
