I love eating at this Braum’s. They make the banana split like there suppose too. Not being skimpy with the ice cream on s. Shields. I will never go there…my hamburger is always warm and not hot and the fries not all the way done.

My neighborhood Braums is my go to for fresh & quick dinner. I usually just grab a bag of burgers with fries as its very reasonably priced. The employees are all so nice and I always have fast & accurate service. They have really great frozen yogurt too

Great customer service here!! I went out of my way to come to this Braums today after experiencing poor customer service at the Braums on 23rd street in Choctaw. I left them a 1 star review. This Braums is great and deserves recognition, 5 STARS 🙂 plus they have Braums sauce on tap inside!

Pretty good experience. Food was good. Only issue was that I asked for lower sugar options for my shake. I was told there were none except a chocolate for which i am not a fan. I was pretty sure there was a vanilla choice so asked about it. I was again told there wasn’t any and the person at the register had no interest in checking for me. I let it go. If there are indeed no vanilla choices for lower sugar, please get some. If there are some, inform your team please.

God DANG!!! Went by this morning to get some biscuits and a burger for my kid and they were super fast and very nice but DANG these gotta be the best biscuits ive had in a min. Got my kid a yogurt and they loaded it up with fruit she loved it.

I love this Braum’s location…The customer service is always amazing and the food also… Great atmosphere and they never let me down with the menu… I purchased a large vanilla candy bar mixer with the heath bar… It was my first time trying a shake with it, I must say it’s a must try Braum’s for the win

I went through the drive-through to pick up a chicken strip dinner and I had to repeat the order three times to the girl working the drive-through because she kept speaking to someone else off to the side. I had been waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes, so I just grabbed the food and left. When I got home, it was missing the bread, the gravy, and the chicken was obviously old and have been sitting under a heat lamp.

Review from 6/12/23: this place has turned into a zero-star establishment. I put up with the poor food and grimey service for long enough, but today the kids at braum’s decided to give me a 1/4 bacon cheeseburger without the burger patty! Hey, I get it. All the kids smell like weed and who misses burger patties anyways. Right, bro? Wrong! Not coming back to this shack of business. Zero stars.

I don’t remember the last time I got good service in this store. The food quality has gone down hill too. The service has dropped to McDonald’s level. Fortunately there is still one good local/regional chain. That’s Whataburger. The people at braum’s say as little as possible and never say thank you. Whataburger employees call me by my first name. It’s going to take a lot to get me to come back to Braum’s
