I love this Braums so much! This location also has incredibly hard working employees, and Perry is a great manager. The evening shift employees on Dec. 30th did a great job with the pre-closing rush, and remained resilient even though some customers were ordering a ton of food right before closing. Every time I come here, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the ice cream is to die for! Thank you Del City Braums for being the greatest Braums in the state!

The prices for the frozen yogurts and ice cream is nice , there are plenty of seating inside and it’s usually kept clean.

I hate to write a negative review for anything, but I really feel like this could be a health risk for those who have compromised immune systems. To start service was was extremely slow to the point our family had finished their ice cream before we even got ours. While waiting for our order we had time to observe the work area. It looked very dirty, we saw several shakes being made without being rinsed or cleaned between orders. The work staitions were very messy, and not one person wiped down between orders. You couldn’t hardly see what ice creams there were to choose from because the case was so streaky, and dirty. The floors were sticky,and visibly dirty as well. The dining area was dirty, we had to wipe down the table ourselves.

I went through the drive through to order some breakfast. I gave a tax exempt card to the employee which she took but failed to return, I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice. I get the receipt and pull off, while I am grocery shopping I notice my card missing and promptly call the location to inquire if any employee turned a card in. Unsurprisingly, there was no mention of a card anywhere. I try to press the issue as it is very inconvenient to get a new one, however, the staff here remained unhelpful and confrontational. Moral of the story, make sure you watch your order and cards here carefully as they have a history of poor customer service apparently.

Love this Braum’s. I’m originally from NJ/NYC, so I have my opinions! They have everything I need. Their A2 ice cream is a godsend for lactose intolerant folks like me. Braum’s will have a place in my heart forever like Gramercy Tavern.

Small cold nasty Chicken Strips with Old cold and limp Fries. I have never had a bad Braum’s experience before so I won’t go in on them but this was bad. The strips were like the one’s in the bag at the grocery store. The Braum’s dipping sause is delicious though. His Triple Meat Burger was slammin as always. Am I upset enough to never eat there again? Heck No!! I love Braum’s. I grew up eating it. I will never order the strips again, I’ll just stick to my favorite burger per usual. I tried something new and it didn’t work out for me but it’s ok. I love the milkshakes.

After 25 years I will no longer be visiting Braums. From shrinkflation post covid and another price hike beginning in 2026 its clear they dont stand for the customer. Nearly $10 for the regular combo is ridiculous especially when you own the farm. The decline in quality this rapidly should be studied.

Went through the drive-thru and this employee is right by the door smoking. What a great smell when you’re picking up ice cream. And anyone that wants to come in the store has to walk through it.
