Braums is somewhat of a cult classic for ice cream in Oklahoma. Something you might not know Is that they cold filter the water you get from the soda fountain. Its incredible!!! Random I know to think one could be so excited about water but it is just that good. So next time your in try it!

I would like a refund for this order! This is totally unacceptable. I drove 10 miles or I would have turned around and went back. Ridiculous!! I can’t believe they sent me home with something like this!!!!

We had to go in a circle to reach this place north of the interstate but since we were in relaxation mood, we decided is worth also checking the neighborhood.
This place is very cute with it’s little supermarket on the right of one of the entrances, with lots of icecream options towards the other side. What a pity there were some mothers more keen on chatting in their language than ask their unruly daughters shout and scream around us as if they have not see other people – as soon as they left though there was utter bliss.
We had a massive icecream for under 3 USD (in Florence, Italy this would have cost easily 15-20 euros for example) and a shake – both amazing. Also very nice and friendly lady behind the counter who is a credit to this place.

Beautiful Lady
Inconsistent order accuracy at Braum’s. I ordered a bag of burgers (5) and an order of fries; they made me wait 15 minutes outside then “verified” the fries were missing. When I left, I discovered only 4 burgers were given instead of 5. On a separate visit I paid for bacon on my burgers but none of the burgers had bacon. Very frustrating and makes me doubt the reliability of orders.

Went through the DT for a limeade, got down the road and took a drink and it tasted like Sprite. I called and asked if they changed the way they make their limeades (Sonic makes them with Sprite ) – he told me no and asked if I wanted to come back and they’d remake it. Wish I’d gotten his name, it is so much better!

I placed my order at the menu and waited in line for quite a while. When I pulled up to the first window, nobody would even open the door. After several minutes of sitting there without acknowledgment, I drove to the second window only to find out they didn’t even have my order. The employee just looked at me with a smirk and told me I had to go back around and place my order again. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time!!

Well it’s an experience to dine in in a local Oklahoma fast food restaurant. If you get a chance – get chipotle burger it has avocado on it. Other burgers I tried could be better. Sundae ice cream is decent would recommend a chocolate one with almonds. Overall 5 stars anyway. Thank you guys!
