oh my God the horrible smell coming from this salad, it’s slimy, and it’s moldy!! all the fruit are rotten as well! you try to get lunch or dinner on the way to work then you get to work and have nothing to eat because everything is closed! These salads are never fresh! And all the trash at the bottom and then they have the audacity to give you one package of salad dressing!!

I would love to write a review to thank the lovely manager Sandy. I called at 10:28am to place a breakfast order and at first she told me they could not complete the order due to them stopping serving breakfast at 10:30am. I mistakenly thought breakfast hours stopped at 11am, but she kindly placed my order and I picked it up and paid when I arrived. She was so kind and thoughtful to do that for me. She is a gem! Get that lady a sundae! ✨❤️ her kindness was much appreciated.

I had ordered a number one with nothing but cheese on it, when I got my food on my burger the cheese wasn’t melted at all it just looked like they just put it on there so I went up n asked them to melt the cheese they said they will give me a new one as I’m waiting they say it’s going to be a while the cook is doing stuff I said oka n say down, when I got my second burger it was the same as the first one cheese was just smacked on there n greasy, so i just ate my fries as I’m eating them I’m getting to the button n I see a hair SOMEBODY’S HAIR I SPIT OUT THE FOOD!! n I threw everything n the trash and LEFT!.

I went in and ordered very simple malt and bag of burgers. They gave me my malt, I was waiting on the burgers. After the people that ordered after me got their food I asked where my food was. The employee didn’t know, asked her to ask someone. Another employee says it would be done soon. I thought they were bringing my food finally, ended up being someone else’s. I finally just asked for my money back. It had been over 15 minutes, they hadn’t even started my food. Which was not a very large order. There were so many employees just standing around. They don’t know what they are doing or how to communicate. There was no apology. I don’t have then issues at other Braums. Very disappointing.

Have been going to this store for many years and realized that I have not made any review! My husband gets his sundae through the drive through, when I didn’t feel like having any thing. I usually would get their frozen yogurt when we go in to dine, but I have started ordering their sundaes. We have enjoyed whatever we have ordered. There is a fresh market inside the store as well. There are fruits, eggs, bread, milk, frozen snacks, etc. etc. Lots of different flavors of ice creams, frozen yogurts. Great prices. Staff works hard. Friendly and efficient. Today we had a single hot fudge sundae ($2.49) and a double strawberry sundae ($3.49). Wonderful! We love Braum’s and I am planning to try different sundae each time we dine in. It is a must visit place to take family members and friends from another state!

Stopped by Braum’s for a quick bite. The burgers were okay, nothing to write home about, and a bit on the soggy side. The real issue was the fries. Whoever salted them must’ve been heavynhanded because they were covered in visible salt crystals, like they’d been seasoned multiple times. It was overwhelming and inedible. We had to take them back, but to their credit, the staff replaced them with a fresh batch without any hassle. Appreciate the fix, but hoping for more consistency next time.

✨Kayla & Lupita energy and warm greeting upon entry was awesome even the checkout was a worthwhile experience with good employees. They let me know that the calendars were all gone plus had great recipes on them. Are the replacements calendars coming in since they left so quick?

Lady working the drive thru had my food held out the door before I got there. Forget the sauce I asked for and I waited 10 minutes for them open the window. She made eye contact with me at least 5 times and continued to walk away. Finally opens the window and I ask for the sauce and she dropped/tossed it into my hands which resulted in me dropping some and she turned around without saying anything.

We normally shop Braum’s on Harrah Road and it’s a thousand times better than this terrible place. Granted there are some good kind employees that work here but inevitably it never works out no matter how many chances we give them.
The one on Sunnylane absolutely excellent.
The one on post absolutely excellent.
This one I would not buy anything from their Fresh Market. Maybe it’s prom’s fault for only paying minimum wage I don’t know.
The bottom line is please fix this
At some point the coolers broke and nobody did anything about it and it must have been at least a 16 to 24-Hour deal.
This is the last time we’ll ever shop here.
