I decided to take my family on a road trip and figured I’d stop at this braums for lunch. I wish I would have keep driving passed. I ordered a number 1 no pickles with American and pepper jack cheese with extra crispy fries. As my family waited for our food we got our drinks. The drink station was dirty I didn’t even get ice because how nasty the ice this looked. Looking behind the counter I should have known better then to get food here store has ice cream on all the stainless looking in to the kitchen you can clearly see the grease buildup on the walls. I finally got my food and of course they forgot one of the cheeses so I went back up there and asked for it to be fixed and instead of them remake my food the took it apart and put the cheese on it so I got one cheese melted and one not melted. So no thank you I will not be coming back to this location what a waste of money. They don’t greet you when you come in or out no table touches what kind of store are they running here and my fries weren’t extra crispy

First of all after a 45 min wait in line my boyfriend had a bite taken out of his cookie. Are you kidding me!! 100% will never understand how things like this happen. Keep the cookie bro and just give the customer another one. Lol I will never be back. Props to the window girl tho for apologizing for the long long wait.

My 2 cons for this place is strawberry ice cream is always soft.

Very delicious food, hot and fresh as I expected. I can say that I never had a bad experience here or with any braums. They will make sure your needs are met. So many delicious choices of ice cream and food to choose from. I also love the fact that they are a small mini mart so you can do some small simply shopping. Braums food has always fed my family for years and I can truly say that I have never had an upset stomach from eating their food. Thank you guys for such great service and lovely food.

That was the worst cheeseburger I have ever tasted! The hamburger meat was a frozen patty, it wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese and the bun was old!

The Sulphur store use to be a good place to eat. Not anymore. The last few times I’ve went the food was terrible. Went again this morning for biscuits and sausage, biscuits were petrified like they were nuked in a microwave. Sausage was just as bad.
