I would do zero stars if i could. The drive-through line was 10 cars long from the speaker back. I had 3 cars in front of me and it took 28 minutes to make it to the speaker to order. Then she made me wait at the speaker 8 minutes before she took my order. After ordering there were no cars and I pulled up to the window to a teen that was messing around joking with coworkers and not doing her job. She gave me 2 of my 3 items and left the 3rd one sitting while she was talking with coworkers. Pathetic.

The food was terrible. Meat was over cooked over seasoned and the bread was dry and the frys were limp and cold. There was Roaches every where and the veggies were past on the burger. The A/C was also not working. Management was nowhere in sight and the employees seemed to he more interested in being on Social Media scrolling on their phones. This place was disgusting. Very delicious food, hot and fresh as I expected. I can say that I never had a bad experience here or with any braums. They will make sure your needs are met. So many delicious choices of ice cream and food to choose from. I also love the fact that they are a small mini mart so you can do some small simply shopping. Braums food has always fed my family for years and I can truly say that I have never had an upset stomach from eating their food. Thank you guys for such great service and lovely food.

3* is a little harsh. The place is clean, rather speedy, and the staff has been friendly. BUT when I asked for a lime for my unsweat tea, they asked how many because I was going to be charged per slice. I just ended up get half/half tea. Blown away to be charged for a lime slice for unsweetened tea.

The dirtiest place I’ve been to in years. Flies galore, filled trash cans, workspace of kitchen employees filled with trash on the lines, spilled milk and ice cream everywhere. Employees clothes covered in food. Tables sticky, covered in trash, floor covered in dirt and everything.

The wait was so long for no absolute reason. We had gotten there before others in the shop and never received our order until 40 minutes later, and then when we did receive it they ran out of what we ordered and didn’t put it in there. Just go to Pauls Valley or Ardmore, or even the Sonic in Davis. Unacceptable attitude from the workers as well.
