Came here around 3:30 in the afternoon, so it definitely wasn’t during a rush. Unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. My fries were disgusting — they looked like they had been sitting in grease for hours. They were soggy, dark, and not fresh at all.
When I opened my chicken sandwich, it looked the exact same way — old and overcooked. I had to come inside and ask them to remake the sandwich. They remade the chicken, but not the fries. I just went ahead and ate the fries anyway because I hadn’t eaten all day.
For a place that wasn’t busy, there’s really no excuse for serving food that looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out. Definitely not the quality I expected.

Always great. Never disappoints. Staff greeted us upon entry. The staff all look like part time college students. In other words, it’s just a job. The cashier wasn’t friendly, just taking orders. Mayo or Mustard? Drink or Shake? Deduct a star for poor personnel at the register. Daniel, a cook I think, was happy to help me with a question when I picked up our order. The manager on duty was on top of things and making sure everyone was being served. If I wanted drive through service, I would have gone somewhere else.

Ordered a combo and asked for it to be made fresh, she giggled and said what do you want made fresh, I said all of it. Her response was it’s made right now. Which we all know is not true. Bag came out in 1 minute with lukewarm fries, burger patties were hot, bacon tasted like it was made in the morning and just set for hours under a lamp. I don’t know why it’s so hated to want fresh fast food or acceptable for employees to lie directly to customers faces like they’re stupid but I guess that’s just the world we live in.

Went for lunch with my wife. Both hamburgers were excellent but the french fries were so salty that I couldn’t eat what little I ate without wiping them down and shaking them to remove some of the salt. I told my wife that the employee in charge of the fries must’ve worked at McDonald’s before. Next time I’ll have to get fries with no salt. That’s what I do at McDonald’s now. I know that I could’ve complained but there’s too much hate going around right now and I don’t like wasting food. God bless America

The food was very good and tried the strawberry ice cream. Now that was really wonderful. The young woman who served us at the counter was cheerful, very friendly and even came by to make sure everything was good and correct after we received our food.

The drive through woman was very nice because i goofed up my order and they had no problem fixing it. The food was quickly delivered as well. Drive through team was getting it done.

This Braums location is one of the best considering how the staff handles the large surge of Sooner fan.
The location is safe and adequate parking for large crowds. Even with a drive thru line or line inside, the staff always does a great job of accommodating everyone and getting the orders our quickly.
Staff is the number #1 reason I continue to return to this Braums location. The food is great at all locations.

I hate ordering when places are almost closed but I had to tonight. I ordered my food at 10 and assumed it would be bad because that’s usually how it goes when you go somewhere close to closing time. I wish I knew their names so I could mention them but my burger was perfect, the bacon on my burger was perfect and fresh not some overly cooked hard bacon. My tomatoes and lettuce were great. The burger itself was fire. And to top it all off my large freeze was actually perfect it wasn’t runny or a cup full of ice cream that wasn’t blended. What a great experience. Whoever made the bacon cheeseburger combo with a large freeze at 10pm is a baller.
