This Braum’s is a dependable stop for quick meals and solid ice cream. The store is usually clean and stocked, and the grocery side makes it convenient to grab essentials without a full supermarket run. Service has been steady, and the food quality is consistent for the price point.

Didn’t give me the French fries that came with my meal that I asked for. then instead of helping me at the drive-through window, she just shut the window and looks at me waiting for me to leave. Even when I said I would pay again for the french fries but I want the french fries for my daughter’s meal. Wouldn’t give me straws either. I won’t return.

When I got home and realized that half of my order was missing, I called and spoke with Anthony. He was so kind and apologetic. He said that with the prediction of snow, the market was crazy busy, but he was still sorry for the mess up. He said my order would be waiting when I come back to pick it up. He apologized, took accountability, gave reasoning, and made it right! Fantastic customer service!

Yall let me down, I ordered that chicken strip dinner and yall give us nasty oat meal raisin cookies, absolutely disgusting, I dont know anyone who personally eats them and if you do you are nasty. Do better braums, chocolate chip, sugar, snickerdoodle, etc anything but that oat meal raisin garbage. Also a vanilla shake should not taste like strawberry and have strawberry chunks in it, good thing I don’t have an allergy to it!

I was actually pleasantly surprised with our meal here. I figured it would just be another pretty standard burger place, but the quality was above just “standard”, in my opinion.
The burgers were really big, not the tiny little cheeseburger patties you get at McDonald’s. It was a hefty sandwich. And the shake was thick and creamy and delightful. Oh, and don’t forget to try the Braums sauce!
I wish we had one of these closer to home so we could try more things on their menu!

Let me start by saying the food was good! But the service and cleanliness was horrible! Employees wiping their nose, tying their shoes and just keep on working! Tables, doors waste bins NASTY!
I will NOT return to this Braums ever again. I feel like I should take a shower. It was that bad. I have never given a review like this. Management is failing at this location as workers are not being trained!
Obviously they are not worried about covid!
