I always feel welcomed at this Braum’s location. There is something about this one that stands out to me. The employees are always working hard with good attitudes and the high quality of the service shown stays consistent. I recently visited to pick up some items in the fresh market with a family member, and Brayden engaged us warmly and politely answered our questions as we chatted with him. He was the first face we saw walking in as we were greeted by his smile and willingness to assist us. Whenever I go through the drive thru for food, I know that I am going to be taken care of and prioritized as a customer. I will come back to this Braum’s again and again and again!

I went through the drive-thru today. I ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strips with gravy and 1 order of medium fries. When I got home, I had 2 orders of chicken strips with 3 strips per order, not 4. I looked at my ticket. It stated 2 orders of 4 piece chicken strips for $10.18; and 1 order of medium fries for $3.58. I thought a large order of fries was $3.58 not a medium order? Anyway, I paid $15.06 for 6 chicken strips and very few fries. It feels like something has gone wrong at this Braum’s location.

my husband and I live close to this Braums and it’s always clean and the staff are wonderful. always polite and very welcoming. we’ve been to many Braums in Edmond/OKC and this one by far wins all of them. keep up the great work!

This store used to be good. I usually get their premade salads. The last 3 times I have noticed that they cover up bad lattuce with a topping of good spinach. But when you get home you find pink spines of romaine and soggy greens hidden underneath about 5 pieces of good spinach. BUYER BEWARE. Braums is not as fresh as it claims to be. Nothing makes you sicker than sketchy lettuce.

I say down at my table with my Hamburger “It was love at first sight” she was all over me, “I’ve never been in love like this before”, my gosh she smelled so good and everything was tender juicy flavorful and she was beautiful too, I was smitten, I had a mouth full of this burger, honestly I couldn’t help myself I had to love that burger back, amazing love story. Ladies and gentlemen! now I’m getting my frozen yogurt, “you are right I’m selfish this twist is mine baby”, but next time you are hungry for a Braum’s burger give me a call and we can share a picture together with our burger friend and a twist and maybe! can you twist? Call me you’ll be glad you did.

Pretty good food, very convenient shopping area full of most everything you need. The ice cream is the best ever! This is the deluxe cheeseburger and I thought it was pretty good! Fries could use some work but I love the braums dipping sauce.

I’ve become a regular at this Braum’s because the quality and service are consistently excellent. The food is reliably good—burgers are seasoned well, the chicken strips are tender, and the salads are surprisingly fresh for a fast-casual spot. And the ice cream? Creamy, rich, and full of flavor without being overly sweet. We’ve tried everything from mint chocolate chip to cookies & cream, and it’s always delicious.

Lourdes, the store manager, is fantastic—she greets customers with a smile, checks the dining room, and keeps the crew moving like a well-oiled machine. You can feel the difference in how quickly orders come out and how clean everything stays, even during the dinner rush. Great food, great value, and outstanding leadership. Highly recommend!
