The food here in the past has usually been pretty good and so has the service, but I’ve been here several times over the last few months and every time, and I’m not exaggerating, EVERY TIME I have been to this location they have messed my order up. Gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened tea, added sauce to my sandwich when I asked for no sauce, didn’t put my bacon on a double bacon cheeseburger, but I think the worst part of my visits was the inconsiderate window worker I’ve had the last couple of times. If you have a customer at your window, please engage them. Don’t ignore them like they don’t matter. Your customers pay your wages and keep your doors open……… I’m done with this location as well with many other locations of Braums recently as many locations can’t seem to get their business together lately.

The ice cream and dairy products here are the best you’ll find in Oklahoma. Braums has its own farms. The stores have a small grocery section with all their dairy products, some meats, breads, pantry staples, and fresh produce. On the restaurant side you can get hamburger meals, salads, chicken sandwiches, chili, and breakfast items. . . . they can also make you banana splits, malts, shakes, hot fudge sundaes, etc. The down side is that every table to sit and eat is dirty. The employees don’t really care what the customer area looks like. Bring your own wipes to clean a table and enjoy a fairly priced meal.

I say down at my table with my Hamburger “It was love at first sight” she was all over me, “I’ve never been in love like this before”, my gosh she smelled so good and everything was tender juicy flavorful and she was beautiful too, I was smitten, I had a mouth full of this burger, honestly I couldn’t help myself I had to love that burger back, amazing love story. Ladies and gentlemen! now I’m getting my frozen yogurt, “you are right I’m selfish this twist is mine baby”, but next time you are hungry for a Braum’s burger give me a call and we can share a picture together with our burger friend and a twist and maybe! can you twist?
