We got the bag of Jr. burgers for $6, a large fry, and an Oreo shake. It was a pretty good deal to feed the kids. The burger meat wasn’t bad the burgers were pretty plain with just ketchup and pickles on them. But we will most likely buy them again. The Oreo shake was good. About like any Oreo shake the fries were just those crinkle fries that you can get in the frozen section of the grocery store. Nothing special there. Over all it was a good cheap place to feed the family. I did enjoy the cute market that is inside the restaurant.

We love a good Braums shake or meal, but at this particular location, the people who work at the second window almost never speak a word to us. No explanation of what they’re handing us or even a smile. It’s super weird! The first window person is always personable and kind, so it’s strange that when we pull a few feet further forward in the drive thru, the customer engagement is so different.

I have been visiting this location for 15+ years. Sadly, it has declined rapidly over the last several. Poor, unattentive and rude management. Filthy food prep areas, floor and cook stations. Even the drink and condiment station is messy and soiled. Food is ok sometimes. Tonight, I ordered a hand packed pint of ice cream. It wasn’t even half full. And as I was eating it, I discovered a long, thick black hair. Just gross. I understand hair happens sometimes but the direct cause, in this case, is the lack of cleanliness of this restaurant. I truly hope they make some major overhaulls to this location to bring it back to its old glory. But until then, I will only return for marketside items like milk and prepackaged ice cream.

I love Braums and frequent this location often. The last 4-5 times it’s been awful. I ordered two shakes today and they were chocolate milk consistency on one and the other was a little thicker. I hate leaving bad reviews and only do it when I have to. This location has really gotten bad.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years. But I will say today is the most I’ve ever been disappointed in the management of location, the employees are constantly working while the upper management continued to be lazy and yell at their employees. There is one name Jose, that is especially lazy and doesn’t know how to do his job. I pray the employees receive better treatment because it is completely unfair for lazy people to be in charge, but are able to tell their employees to work harder.
