This Braums is pretty good. The food is almost always super fresh and hot. Their bacon burger is one of the best in town! They employees try to keep up with everything and the with customers. Even them being short handed they keep it going.

Monica was the sweetest staff member I’ve ever met! Braum’s is so lucky to have her! We came in to get some groceries to go camping and she was super kind and helpful, made us feel very welcome. 10/10- would recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Plus another gentleman working the ice cream section checked on us too. We’re so happy we stopped in!

You ever hear that saying “nine outta ten times”? Well I’m guessing that this was my number tenth time. I normally have nothing but good things to say on how my food was. But my cheeseburger wasn’t just lukewarm, the cheese wouldn’t even melt. The buns normally warm and soft were instead cold and firm. The fries I know were cooked due to the coloration, but they were no warmer than the cheeseburger. My milkshake was nice and cold though.

This will be my first and last stop at this Braums. They served hashbrowns that were way over cooked. The time before that customer service was awful went through the drive thru tried to order i couldnt even get one thing ordered before i heard “anything else” im odering for a family of 3 so yes there will be something else. I Suggest drive the extra mile or go somewhere else. They dont even deserve one star.

The last several times I’ve been there, the fries have been unsalted and today I ordered a banana split and they were awful skimpy on the ice cream. The only positive thing I can say is there is a black girl usually at one of the windows. She gives excellent customer service. Always a smile on her face and so positive. I will start getting my food from other locations.

Very clean, well organized. Friendly staff. We ordered two burger meals – the California chipotle burger and the pepper jack one. Both were really good for fast food. The fries were tasty too…nice and crisp on the outside but still a bit soft in the middle. The dipping sauce was tasty and unique – I actually liked that it was thin. The kids got chicken tenders that were big thick pieces and they enjoyed them. The chocolate shake was the perfect compliment to meal. The boys also tried a strawberry limeade and it had real ingredients – pieces of strawberry bits in the cup. The three meals were priced affordably for what we received considering we’ve spent more at McDonald’s. I will for sure go back.

First time visiting a Braum’s and the flavor options are nice. It also has a small store within mostly of dairy products but I didn’t purchase anything there just came by for some ice cream and will definitely return again.
