Let me start by saying my grandpa made it tradition with me when I was younger to always stop by Braums in Alma whenever we were in the area. So I have made it a tradition to stop here for they past 20+ year with both my children. I hope to soon make it a tradition with my grandchildren as well. Its always been twist frozen yogurt cone, or a double scoop cappuccino chunky chocolate. Tonight however was different, tonight we ordered the usual double scoop cappuccino chunky chocolate but my wife and daughter ordered the chicken strip dinner too. I wasn’t expecting much other than just the average run of the mill dinner given the fact that it was only $7 and some change. Man was I ever wrong! They handed us the order through the window and those things were huge for the money. Where else can you pay $7 and get crunchy strips, crispy fries, sweet roll, oatmeal raisin cookie, white gravy and a special dipping sauce. Braums y’all are on to something special… Great fast food for a great price! Service was great, waiting times are always short and honestly one of the best parts was the lady that was taking our order, after it was done she said “have a blessed day.” That might not seem like a big deal to most people but I felt like it was genuine and most places your lucky to get a thank you at all its just “pull around to the window.” So it was just really nice and genuine which is hard to come by in the world these days. The quality at Braum’s stores is consistent from place to place — good fresh dairy products and ice cream, good fresh ground beef in the hamburgers. The stores are always well-maintained and clean, and the Alma Braum’s is no exception.
For us when we drive from Little Rock to Bentonville to visit the Crystal Bridges Museum, it’s a good stopping point for lunch. We enjoyed our hamburgers and french fries today, and found the counter service courteous and helpful.
Anyone stopping at this Braum’s should perhaps know that it’s possible to be enjoying your lunch and see an angry-looking man in a cowboy hat strutting in with a big pistol strapped to his waist. This has nothing to do with Braum’s, of course, and Braum’s has no control over it. But a sight like that is enough to put someone off an otherwise enjoyable lunch.

As I travel between New Mexico and Alabama, the moment I cross into Oklahoma on the I40, Im on the lookout for Braum’s!! I love everything I have eaten there.. I LOVE their hamburgers!! Sounds simple but.. my favorite!!

Great employees. Little longer wait for my food than I had hoped. Not very many tables. But, I picked up a twelve pack of 7up that was cold and cheaper than the grocery store price.

Awful customer service. Slow and rude at drive thru. Ordered a breakfast meal. Coffee sat on counter until lukewarm. No apology or greeting from girl at the window/ Had to ask second time for creamer. Wound up throwing food in trash when I got home. Hash browns cooked in old, smelly oil. When I took sausage biscuit from bag I could smell the sausage which was also spoiled. Awful all the way around.
If you are craving Braum’s, go to Van Buren! This is not the first bad experience at this store. It is, however, my last because I will NOT return.

Definitely the best REAL limeade and the food is always fresh and great. They have a little grocery area with the freshest milk. Family owned business. I’ve been shopping at Braums since the 70’s and will continue.

A family favorite, Braums always delivers fresh, non greasy burgers with thick sliced cheese and crinkle cut French fries! Their ice cream is light outs! The market is limited but is always clean and stocked! This 4/5 star rating is for a fast food burger establishment.

Polite, clean, and ice cream is good, but it struck me wrong to be charged $3.75 for a large cup. I wanted a large water to go, and was willing to pay 75c or something nominal, but apparently, there’s no way to get a larger cup without paying for the full drink. Add to that my 2 scoop Sunday looked like it was missing half a scoop. Alma Braums, pass.

Always an excellent choice. Braum’s runs its own dairy operation in Tuttle, OK and ships everything fresh to its shops. Each location includes a grill, an ice cream shop, and a small grocery section, where you can buy dairy and bakery goods made at Braum’s plants. This location is close to I-40 at the Alma exit (exit 13) and has pretty good service.
