I went to the second window the lady rudely handed me my ice cream and forgot about my drinks. Then after waiting just watching that lady sit there and talk, another girl tells me they are waiting on fries and to park upfront. So I did and the guy brought me my food and no drinks. Then I get home and this is the “large fry”

My family and I came through the drive through roughly around 4:20pm today. We ordered three dinner meals with drinks. One being a sweet tea with a scoop of ice cream added. The gentleman on the speaker said that he would have to charge us for a kids scoop. We said that would be fine and proceeded to the window to pay. We did not get the ice cream in the tea. When asked the girl said it was didn’t order any ice cream. The manager then refused to give us her name or give us our receipt to show were it was not charged. Because the girl at the first window didn’t gives us one. With a very upset three yr old we were in a hurry and didn’t think about the receipt. I wanted to pull into a parking space but with kids in the backseat and one being a screaming three years old so we had to come straight home. We get home to hardly no fries in one box and another box smeared with something and cold chicken. Seriously Braum’s do better.

The woman at the window gave me the wrong order 3 times even after repeating it twice. Each time acting perturbed that I corrected her that wasn’t my order. Which she would first tell me it was on my ticket, as if I didn’t know what I ordered. I had to repeat my exact order twice and finally she shoved a food bag out of the window. When I drove off I realized she again gave me the wrong order so I parked and went inside to address it. I then watched the same lady in the window drop a stack of drink lids on the gross floor and try to nonchalantly place them on the counter instead of the trash can that they fell right beside. I looked at her in disgust and demanded she throw them away and she said she would do eventually. I had to make the assistant manager throw them away because she wouldn’t. Then when I told the manager that woman didn’t need to be working the window, she made up excuses for her behavior and acted upset at me for wanting my order correct. The one I paid for. But after watching the lack of hygiene or care for food safety, I lost my appetite.

We stopped going to the Braums on MLK because the place was disgusting and not once but twice we stood there and watched the person cooking our food let his hair fall down right over our food on the griddle, and then raked his fingers thru his hair and then touched our food with the same hand. So we left and haven’t been back.
We started going to the one on college and it was really good the first 2 times but the last 3 times we have went every single table and booth is super gross and I’ve had to ask for a rag to clean it. I have no problem wiping them down. I know what it’s like working in fast food, when you get busy and then slow down ur 1st priority is making sure you get back of the house ready for next round. But they guy thats always out there won’t ever let me wipe our table. They get very carried away with the mustard. I’ve had to throw 2 burgers out because all I could taste is mustard and there was so much that it was running down both hands. SO, I just stick with the other 2 things I like. The staff is wonderful and they handle that place very well.

It’s official. Shrinkflation has hit our local Braums. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The patty was thinner than the bottom unrounded bun but when I asked for it to be remade and they even noted that it looked like an old patty and the remade one has a smaller diameter patty and slightly thicker in one spot but thin nonetheless resembling the same thickness of the bottom bun still. I was told that patties are inconsistently sized (That’s a whole another can of worms but okay). Earlier today we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my partner at 1:00 p.m. Same story, thin chicken but they were hungry and didn’t have time to go back on their lunch break. These spicy chicken sandwiches I just ordered at 4:30 that I asked to be remade we’re both thin like the one at 1:00 p.m. and not inconsistent like I was told. Today they’ve been consistently thin and small. They’ve been consistently good and well portioned up until now as we get these a few times a week and have had no issues until now but here we go.. Heck, I usually have to wait for our chicken sandwiches to be completed because they take so long to cook because they make me park in the parking lot waiting for it telling me that they have to wait for the chicken to finish cooking. Thin chicken patties don’t take long to cook and I didn’t have to wait at all today for any sandwich that I ordered. Must be because they were thicker patties to have to cook through before and now they are thin. Must be a new supplier. One star for food portions shrinking without the price is going down.

This location is always busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. That is really the only downside. The staff is always familiar, and they genuinely do their best to keep things moving. I love the old-time diner feel, and the ice cream prices are TOP TIER.

Went here yesterday for the first time. Staff was very kind and patient. I really like their market with their own affordable dairy products. The shake, sundaes, and ice cream we tried were all delicious and great prices! The burger and fries were not great, and we would probably never order again. The burger did not look like the photo at all. It was flat and tasted just like a frozen patty from a high school cafeteria. No flavor and weird texture. I was very disappointed in the food and so was my husband. But my kids liked the junior burger, bag of 6 with cheese for $7, and it surprisingly had a much better flavor that the adult burgers.

Heads up! I’m a bit picky about ice cream and my standard is too high, so my review is coming from that perspective. I have not tried a lot of stuff here, but did not like the one I ate. I took single dip chocolate ice cream in a cone. There is no complaint about the portion size. It’s big and cheap. But the chocolate flavor has no chocolate in it. It’s just too sweet.
