Crazy busy that day, and the staff were trying the best they could to keep up, and all I could hear was them being yelled at by the boss. I’m not sure if they deserved it or not, but I thought that would be pretty humiliating. I mean the guy was actually yelling at them in front of everyone. Shouldn’t that be done in private?
