Wait time for order varies. Sometimes food is out quickly, and other times, you’ll be asked to park and wait for it to be brought out to you. Fries are hit or miss. Sometimes, it can be overly salted. Calling and ordering ahead would be the quickest option honestly, and telling them easy on the salt if you order fries is something I’d recommend. Overall, my experiences have not been terrible.

This place was great! My daughter went weeks ago and has been going on about it since. Today she insisted we go with her. SO glad I did..their burgers are WONDERFUL..so was their Chicken Sandwich. The fries are crinkle cut and we’re prepared perfectly. Their special Braum’s is yummy…and my hubby (a milkshake enthusiast) said it was the best shake he’d ever had. There are so many unique flavors of ice cream sold at the market there and lots of other great items..

It’s a Sunday 5 pm. More staff than customers in the store, not a single clean table to sit at. There’s a soda coating the fountain to the register from a split cup and the cashier just staring at the guy who was asking for another cup to put under the broken one. The food quality seems sub par for the store I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, in hopes less indifferent staff are working. If the make table is half as messy as the in the dining area I’m really worried about food poisoning. I’ll modify this on my next visit, I only left it 3 star because so many visits have met or exceeded expectations.

This place was so dirty. My mom got her hand stuck in something at the cash register. She requested a rag to clean it off. There weren’t any spoons or napkins. I had to find someone to ring up my order. Lots of staff playing and joking. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Gotta do better.

Just went thu drive thew ordered a shake and a double scoop ice cream in a dish. We were rushed when trying to order so did not finish our order so just got the ice cream. She handed the double scoop first on a cone told her it was suspose to be a dish. She took it back and scraped it into a single dish and melting all over the sides gave it back said its a double then scooped the sane icecream into a bigger cup and now its melted even more at this point. Gave it back said to just give money bk well they did but only for that never gave us shake or the money had to turn around and go back to get the money for that and very rude.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered just a sandwich. After waiting a while I was told to pull forward. Waited another ten minutes before going in to see if they forgot about me. Not really sure what was going on and they didn’t have an answer so I got a refund. Will never stop at the Parsons Braums ever again.
