I am not sure what the issue is with this particular location. Always make sure to check your order, very seldom is it correct. Counter help is slow. Other Braums locations are always better than this one.

These employees deserve a huge raise. We felt bad about arriving 30 minutes before closing to get an ice-cream, but a bus load of over 40 college students arrived while we were being served and all were ordering food.

We loved it. The prices were very reasonable, less than the other chain ice cream shops. The selections were great. The ice cream tasted great. They even have a “no sugar” added flavor. You can’t go wrong here.

Braum’s is about how you would expect it to be. It’s fast food; burgers and ice cream. It’s a little frustrating to buy an ice cream cone through the drive-thru, because mine started to melt and drip all over the place, but what can you really expect from ice cream on a bright, sun-shiny, 95 degree day?
The burgers are pretty decent. Nothing spectacular, but still pretty good for fast food.
I’m always a fan of the bag of burgers, too. Five cheeseburgers for about $8? Not bad, even if they’re just standard, simple cheeseburgers. Go for that if you’re really hungry; you won’t be disappointed. It also won’t be the best thing you could buy, but it’s a solid choice if you’re on a budget.

It’s not very good, unfortunately. Burgers were dry and tasteless. The place was dirty and messy, and servers were more interested in feeding themselves rather than customers. Had to wait, even though no one else was in line, and not even a Hello was given when someone finally showed up to take our order.

My mother used to love to get a meal at Braum’s. She passed in 2014. I’m in town and go to Braum’s for lunch, out of sentimentality. What a disappointment! The store was filthy and not only was there no customer service, the workers were downright rude! If I could give 0 stars I would.
