I’m very disappointed in my visit on the morning of Saturday July 29. I went first to buy some milk, ice cream, and Popsicles. Only one box of Popsicles in the very corner in the back of the bottom rack of the freezer. I couldn’t reach it and was in too much of a hurry to ask the only employee in that part of the store to assist me. So then I went over and ordered a half order of biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns, and an extra gravy to go. I like to dip the hash browns in the extra gravy. However when I arrived home I discovered that no hash browns were placed in my bag. Didn’t need the extra gravy then.

Food was okay. A lot of flies buzzing around in the seating area. The biggest annoyance was a large group with kids, one of which was throwing a tantrum the whole time. Not the place’s fault, but was quite annoying.

Our family was in town for just the day, and it’s our tradition to get Braum’s as we leave. Since we didn’t have time to stop in and have a seat, we went through the drive thru. The person on the other end of the speaker was off-putting in tone and seemed annoyed while we ordered for our group of 4. When we finally started to get on the highway and distribute the food, I was sad to find out that my order was missing (yes we should’ve double checked it before pulling away). So I sat in the car and everyone else ate their food and had their frozen treats. I’m more disappointed in not having been able to enjoy the ice cream that I ordered because I don’t have a Braum’s anywhere near where I live and had been looking forward to it. I got a couple of snacks at the next gas station stop but you just can’t beat Braum’s ice cream.

For being the only ones there in line, it took way too long to get attention. It was WAY DIRTY in the ice cream counter where they make shakes! My mouth dropped and my eyes grew large! I just couldn’t believe it. And there were managers there too, and no one welcomed us. Very disappointing! I had never experienced this before here. There were less than ten ppl in the lobby. A little skimpy on my frozen yogurt, but I didn’t mind that too much. And the food was good. However, they tried to give my husband someone else’s food and drink Hummm….all that having been said I do love Braums and will go back again and hope its better.

Stop in this store on occasion when we are in town. After today, I won’t go back. The employees are awful and the place is usually dirty. Went thru the drive thru and couldn’t even get my order out without the clerk snapping off another question. Needless to say my drink was wrong. She rolled her eyes and laughed real sarcastically and walked off. I’m done.
