Cheapest and best ice cream in town! The drive thru can get pretty long, but they move pretty fast. I love how you can buy quarts in-store, and the milk is really good. Warning, the hot caramel is HOT and will melt your sundae before you can get it home! Would be nice if they had a cold option! But it’s great if you’re dining in.

Parking every single car in the drive thru so you can clear your drive thru time doesn’t change the fact that doing that is awful customer service. There were SIX cars sitting in parking spaces waiting for their food for way longer than it takes to actually make the food.

Instead of management on the phone texting with a line back around to the street maybe they should be helping their crew get orders out been sitting in the line for 10 minutes still have not move maybe they should take more pride in their job just a concern why the manager is texting instead of helping crew get orders out faster sat in in line for 20 minutes and then they wanted to give me melted ice cream and then I asked if he could remake it because the ice cream is sitting there melting and I understand that you’re short-handed but you don’t need to be rude to me and the guy at the windows told me he says oh oh don’t come back I would like to speak to the owner as soon as you get this review cuz that’s uncalled for I wasn’t rude to them I just asked to remake the ice cream that I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes has been sitting at the window melting that’s uncalled for got home and my fries were cold went back to get a re found the guy at the window is just a crew member not a manager asked me to pull forward so he could remake my ice cream well just remake my ice cream it’s not fair that I had to sit in line for 20 minutes to wait for my ice cream and my food he said if I didn’t pull forward then I would not get anything and I paid 25 for my food took my food back and got my money back and went to braum’s on Seneca and Douglas and got better service

I visited this store 8 at 444 E. Pawnee several times in my work route- mostly drive through- which those visits were NOTHING to rave about. Staff has always been indifferent with mediocre customer service.
Today’s visit was in store- which solidified NEVER Patronizing DRIVE THROUGH OR DINE IN.
I am at a loss at how this building passes state inspection! The floors are sticky, the restrooms both men and women’s are deplorable. I used the Men’s room because it smelled and was in a little better condition than the women’s room. They both smelt of urine and the men’s room has a broken plunger leaning against the wall with a somewhat black handle.
The staff or Manager on duty were overly rude- no greeting, may I help you, or thank you.

went through drive thru, sat at the window for about 15-20 mins before receiving anything, got our food before our shake and malt, and then was told to pull forward for said shake and malt and had to wait another 10 mins, by the time we got everything all of our food was cold. and we had waited about 40 mins total. very disappointed lol
