The turtle sundae was phenomenal!!!!! Would be 5 stars if not for the dried out, cold chicken strips. I will not order those again. Fries were tasty, though not remarkable. Staff was friendly.

I ordered a bag of burgers and large fries. They had me pull up so they could finish my order. Got home and the burgers are dry and salty, even the ketchup was even dry. Fries were salty and cold. very rude and unprofessional. we were the only car in the drive an hour before close, ordered 2 double scoop and were treated like a inconvenience. we were asked “what else?” at the speaker, we told both people that helped us have a good night and neither even bothered to respond, the second man didn’t even say a word the entire interaction.

Came here for the 2 scoop birthday cake ice cream cones & it was very messy, the scoops were very big and ended up dripping on my clothes . Called the shift manager about it but it seem like he didn’t care . I usually come here sometimes for a cone & they’re not big but this visit today made me not want to come back to this location again .

I am not sure how this restaurant has a 4+ rating. The cleanliness or lack thereof is concerning to me. From the front door being covered in cobwebs, slick floor, dirty trash bins, blinds covered in dust, window seals with dead Flys, gnats at drink station and sauce dispenser, if the lobby is in this condition I would venture to say the kitchen is in worse shape. I will not be returning to this location.

I love Braum’s large frozen yogurt twist cone for only $2.03 with tax. This Braum’s, like most here in Wichita, had a long line at the drive thru, so I went inside where the line usually isn’t as long. The size of the frozen yogurt changes often from a nice large bit above the cone to just even with the top of the cone. I definitely don’t like that they aren’t consistent with the cones. Other than the long lines & inconsistent frozen yogurt size, I love this Braums.
