(Old message below)OK, it’s 6:47 PM and I think it’s 13 January 2026 wherever the manager was today whenever there was a mistake and I didn’t get my candy bar mix my wife got one. The female with curly hair said go around you’ll have to order again, but then the manager jumps in or someone some other Man says no he got it and then he gives me the candy bar mix with hospitality with attentive eyes and respect. I don’t know what that was, but that was some of the best respectable service I’ve ever seen in my life. That’s one of them. I do appreciate the God he is a Caucasian male it was just exceptional service. Got to put everyone down.

We took our 4yr old grandson for his first brahms shake. Autumn was absolutely incredible. He watched her make it and hand it directly to him. We saw her 2 more times during our lunch both times she acknowledged him. We were very impressed with her service to a 4yr old

If you have an allergy be sure to talk to Scooter as he will make you aware that this location has no regard for sanitation or successful business practices. I would suggest going any where else or even another location. Hope for your health and peace.

I ordered chili and it had a huge piece of clear plastic on it. When confronted with it, they did refund my money. Please be careful if you order the chili, especially with children.

If you want ice cream or frozen yogurt that’s tasty, but doesn’t break the bank then this is your place! I love the candy bar mixes with frozen yogurt and your choice of candy. We also like the milk from their store.

This is just a delicious fast food restaurant. They even have a dairy shop where you can get many delicious dairy products. Today I got the 4 cheese burger with no bun and they were accommodating. My mom got a turtle sundae. I went to do some shopping at Sam’s club and when I returned to the car, the sundae was gone…. When I go to Springfield Braums is always A good stop

I’m torn on how to rate this location because the food is decent, ice cream is good, prices are great (all the reasons why we continue to go back) but service is always super slow and seem way under staffed all the time. Bathrooms are always disgusting and look like they haven’t been cleaned in DAYS, tables are always dirty, half the trash cans are always turned around while the other half are over flowing. And some times the ones that are turned are also over flowing.
It would be one thing if it were a one time occurrence when they were busy, but unfortunately this has been the case every time we come in for the last few months.

This is a great Braum’s location, but it’s right next to an even better bank that I’d highly recommend. Also, the chocolate milkshake here is superior.

I’m usually a big fan of braums and I love their ice cream. They have great ice cream and a very reasonable price. They offer shakes with their meals instead of soda which is a big plus for me because I don’t like soda and I hate having to pay a big up charge to get a shake instead. I would not order their chicken strips though. I’m not a burger person so I usually get the chicken strips and they’re always small but this might be the worst. They are about the size of a nugget and 2 chicken nuggets does not make a meal. You couldn’t even see the chicken strips poking out of the bag. They both were dwarfed by the bag and it’s not a very big bag. This isn’t even reasonable to me and if you giving someone chicken strips this small those two should count as one.
