We were in the area and stopped here cause it looked different than anything we have in KC. This place was awesome! Unbelievable cheap prices for really quality food. It was like a resturaunt with a mini super market. You can get 5 cheeseburgers for under $10, combos get free upgrade from a drink to a shake if desired. This place was awesome! Best chocolate shake I ever had! Super clean, even in the restrooms.

The Ice Cream is great and definitely satisfies a craving. Good creamy consistency. I would say the flavors are a little overwhelming in terms of sweetness compared to other places but you can still eat a good amount before it gets too much. Service is FAST and staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great a variety of flavors available and a no-sugar-added flavor too I believe.

WOW!! We went through the drive thru on 1/2/26, and literally everything about our experience was PERFECT. No joke 10/10. we ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger combos, our burgers were literally steaming!! everything was so fresh and delicious, even the veggies on our burgers. the braums sauce was made perfectly. we had plenty of napkins. our shakes were thick. and we were in line for less than 5 minutes!! AND one of the employees befriended our dog!! I don’t know if i’ve ever even left a review for a fast food joint before, but I couldn’t not share our experience today. THANK YOU to whoever was working that shift, I believe David was the shift manager. You made two people and a dog smile extra wide today!!!

Braums in general is great. This particular store is ok if it was just run by robots. The management / owner isn’t any good and the some workers are rude. They don’t honor the $5 coupon if they forget to hand it to you. I was in line and their printer was down at the 1st window and lady was pretty rude acting and said she’ll have to get receipt from up front and to pull forward. I got my food no receipt. I mention no receipt and I said what about the 5 dollar no receipt promise . They hand me the receipt and then said they gave it to me so I got the receipt. The same lady from the previous window acted upset i would bring it up and i asked to speak to the manager on duty and they didn’t do anything I mentioned the worker being rude as well and the manager said if i would have drove off without the receipt then came back only that would have counted as no recept. Makes zero sense. Then I got a number for the main owner manager and they didn’t do anything . I used to go to this store almost daily. Spending lots of money for me friends groceries and I stopped for months. I went back 1 time recently to get 1 icecream cone and the same lady that promised the receipt mouthed something about don’t drive off without the receipt. As if the 1st time that’s what happened or I was in the wrong. So writing this now. Ive spent tons of money and they lost a pretty big spender over 5 bucks they should have given to me . Imagine how many other customers they lost . Management at this place in my experience is HORRIBLE.

Very good service! From the lady taking your order to the nice lady taking your money. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The food was pretty good. The fry’s and the Braun sauce was the big winner for me. The burger was pretty good, the bacon was loaded on and was very good. Definitely want to come back next time to try a shake.

Braum’s on Main Street has a great location for me, but that’s about the only thing going for it. I’ve passed by countless times and finally gave it a shot—twice. The first time was during a burger promotion. I didn’t expect gourmet, but I did expect something better than McDonald’s. Unfortunately, Braum’s burgers were far worse. “Yuck” is the only way I could describe them. I ended up with five or six of them because that was the promotion, and I regretted buying into it. Honestly, I’d rather eat a bowl of any raw vegetables.
On another visit, I tried their strawberry ice cream cone. It tasted like generic grocery store ice cream—not terrible, but nothing special. What really got me was the price: one cone cost more than an entire tub of decent ice cream. For that kind of markup, I expected something memorable. I didn’t get it. Convenient location, but not worth the stop.

Ordered a bag of cheeseburgers, got no cheese on them. Was told they could not help me. Won’t support this business. The food isnt even good, it’s literally basic fast food yet the people in this town think this is some 5 star establishment. The only thing Braums has going for it is it’s premade icecream.

Honestly the nicest Braums I’ve ever been in. Everyone was really sweet and helpful (especially Amanda who served us!) and the food was delicious as always. Plus, it is so clean! I like how the market and eating areas are separated as well. Lovely place to eat and watch the cars go by.
