Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no veggies. Order was taken correctly. The manager even double checked my order to be sure it was correct. This is what I got. Salads on both and only one slice of cheese on each. The manager also berated the new girl for putting it incorrectly when the receipt shows exactly what I ordered.

4 mo later my how the service has changed! The product is still great. But the staff is terrible. At least 6 of the employees are just not able to scoop ice cream consistently. People don’t mind paying for a product they want and like but they do expect their money’s worth. This place needs help.

Locally owned….fantastic Icecreams, Sundays, banan splits, cones, burgers, salads, and more not to mention a small group very store. The grocery side while small has m uch of what is required for basic daily cooking and a large assortment of frozen dinners and foods. Fresh meats, good fresh produce, breads cereals, chips, milk, yogurt, cheese…sooooo Much! Because it a small its an easy in and out…rarely ever is there a wait. Check them out!

This Braums on shields in Okc near the Home Depot will never change with all the rudeness and the store manager not caring when you try to talk to him, he just looks and you and nods his head. It’s really bad when you ask for your food to be fresh and it’s not. Also, a total stranger stopped me, and he seen what happened and he said the female worker was rude to him also. I won’t be back!

I went to this braums for a quick breakfast on my way to work. All I ordered was a Dr pepper and a banana nut muffin, my Dr pepper is fantastic however I was given a moldy muffin. Will no longer visit this brauns or recommend it to anyone in the area.
