Wow! Why haven’t I been here before? Very fresh and delicious food with a great variety. Only criticism is that the saurkraut is not very sour – more sweet than I’m used to. But in rural Alabama I guess added sugar is the standard (esp. the tea). You guys are awesome regardless and we will be back!

We’ve gone to this place twice already because we love their brats. We were stationed in Germany for 3 years and when we left we said we would miss the food. This place has authentic German brats that they import and they’re always made to order. The flavors are spot on and both times we’ve been there it hasn’t disappointed us! The brats and fries are amazing! And both brothers are so nice and have such good customer service. We love going here!

This is how it’s done people. This family business is, dare I might say, even better than what we have back home in Berlin. It’s genuinely delicious food – Brats, Currywurst, Fries and Sauerkraut!-, served up fresh, hot and mouth-watering. I am so happy that they are planning to open a second location! I love this place. The staff is super friendly and patiently answers questions, awesome.

Excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere!!! I never had a choice of Bratwurst like I did today. In Germany, you got whatever the vendor was selling. This place several different kinds of Bratwurst. I tried two different kind and I remembered both from my time in Germany. If you are missing the good food from Germany then you need to try this place. If you would like a taste of Germany you need to try this place. Good job fellows. The food was awesome!!!

Wurst was hot, cooked fresh, if I had one critique it would be that the bread, while fresh, was not hot/toasted. Would be much better if they put the rolls in a toaster oven for just a few minutes while the wurst was cooked. It was still very good, not too expensive, clean, friendly staff. I will return.
