The place, food and environment was outstanding. The staff was so so kind and accommodating. They were super helpful in guiding you in terms of where to go, what to eat and etc. the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal; it was the best continental breakfast I ever had. 100% recommend this place.

My colleagues and I had dinner at Brasserie St. Georges. Andrea and Hugo took great care of us.
However, when the amuse-bouche was served, I noticed that it contained an ingredient I don’t eat. Earlier, Andrea had asked us if there was anything we didn’t eat or if we had any allergies. I forgot to mention it. Since it was my mistake, I told her it was fine and that I didn’t need one.
However, she came back and brought me one anyway. I thought that was very kind of her. She went the extra mile, which is rare these days. Thank you.
My colleague really wanted to try the Walliser Cheese – Tomato Fondue.
As it’s served from 2 people, I decided to share it with her. (I’m not usually a fan of fondue.) But I have to say, it was amazing! A real hit! Many thanks to Péter and the kitchen staff. You’ve changed my opinion of fondue for the better.
If you go to Brasserie St. Georges, you must try the Walliser Cheese – Tomato Fondue. We also got to enjoy a few Hugos made by Hugo himself. He really outdid himself! Whatever he added to them, they were amazing! The best Hugo ever!

I had dinner here last night. The burger was well cooked and juicy, the melted raclette is a nice touch on the meat. The brioche bun was soft and balanced the flavors. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall a pleasant experience.

I’m rating this a 1/10, only because the staff ultimately did the right thing and comped our meal. We ordered three burgers and specifically requested they all be well done with no pink. The waiter said that wouldn’t be a problem. However, the burgers came out basically raw. We explained the issue and were offered to have them taken back and recooked, but after seeing them, everyone had lost their appetite. We politely declined the recook and asked to just pay out. After further consideration, they did the right thing by removing the burgers from the bill.
That said, I would not recommend this place for burgers.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything we had was delicious, especially the beans, eggs and chicken sausages. Even better was the fact that they had plenty of vegetarian options for those interested. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great start to their day!
