away. When we asked a waiter took our order right away and we could catch up with each other after a very diffuclt day of being seperated because of the unplanned emergancy. Food was also verh tastyy, restaurant was warm and cozy. Staff was very quick and nice. A lot of different options for dinner and drinks. Also: trie the chocolate mousse! Have never tasted anything better!! Perfect. Would come back everytime!!!! Merci beaucoup for making our day have a nice ending!
Neither appetizer seemed to have been salted at all. The mains each came with bearnaise sauce, which was cold and full of chunks. When I reported this, a manager condescendingly told me that that was the correct way to serve bearnaise, which is so incorrect that it was really too funny to continue arguing about.
So far, so typical for Disneyland. But then, they poisoned us with dessert. Despite telling them about my gluten allergy and reiterating this (in French and in English) multiple times throughout the meal, my dessert came out with what looked like chunks of bread among the slivered almonds. I didn’t see them until I’d had a few bites. When I reported this, the restaurant’s response was to bring over 3 different staff to tell me that it wasn’t bread, it was pastry, which had accidentally fallen in. I reminded them that pastry also contains gluten. They said “sorry” and shrugged, and then tried to charge me full price for this meal, including the contaminated dish. No concern for my wellbeing or offers to get medical assistance, no reassurances that they’d change their policies to prevent cross-contamination in future. Just a shrug. And because of that, I spent the entire next day sick in bed.
4/1/26: email sent to the restaurant email for a week as their request but no reply yet.
We spent €150.79 for two people and had a bottle of wine, a glass of champagne, a lemonade, 6 oysters and 3 courses each. Great value for money just a shame the service let it down.
Would return but not expect high quality service
Will give a 4 star however because the lady at reception who took our order initially was not very pleasant. Also the bar was very loud at times whenever they were mixing drinks with the blender I think.
