The personell, the service, the location, the view ans the food were exceptional.
We came there for dinner and were treated like royalty. We had the onion soup, Lobster tail, Entrecôte, Lamm shoulder, sour cream ice cream with rhubarb and Strawberries and the lemon tart. I don’t remember the official names of the menu.
Very detail oriented, I was impressed with the purse holder they provided so that my purse wouldn’t be on the ground or hanging from the chair. Well done team. I highly recommend The Brasserie RitzCoffier for a unique experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The service was perfect and the food was appealing, mouth watering and fantastic when it comes to taste. RitzCoffier won a Michelin Star on 5 Feb about 2 weeks before my visit. And it is not hard to see why. The decor of the restaurant mimics a traditional kitchen with copper pans and pots and the seating is close together but spaced out enough to ensure privacy.
The appetizers (smoked duck and Fois gras) were everything that epitomises a french restaurant with a Michelin star. The smoked duck displayed aspects of molecular gastronomy which always wins additional brownie points in my opinion.
The main dish was the poularde (chicken), which despite having been one of the reasons the restaurant received its Michelin star, was rather disappointing. The chicken was dry and unimaginative with the accompaniment being a slight saviour in what was an overall lacklustre dish.
As a result we did not stay for dessert as the portions are quite large. However overall the experience was positive and service was attentive and friendly.

Wir waren zum Weihnachtsbrunch da. Speziell herausragend war das Beef Wellington mit der Jus sowie das Eclaire vom Dessertbuffet. Ich als Normalverdiener und gleichzeitiger Feinschmecker bin immer im Dilemma. Möchte man am liebsten jeden Tag im Ritz essen, doch lässt es das Porte-monnaie nicht zu. Ich kann jedoch getrost sagen, dass es sich lohnt. Die Qualität und die Zubereitungsart der Speisen, der Service und seine unerschöpfliche Aufmerksamkeit und das unschlagbare Ambiente mit hervorragend gespieltem Jazz hat mich beeindruckt. Der Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und die natürlichen Voralpen runden das ganze ab. Man fühlt sich wohl und kann in Ruhe geniessen. Normalerweise das nonplusultra eines guten Restaurants. Es ist ein Erlebnis, welches ich gerne wieder haben möchte. Danke euch! 🙂

Wir waren am Ostersamstag vor Ort. Das Ambiente war sehr gehoben und man fühle sich einfach wohl. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Der Service war naja für diese klasse von Restaurant nicht fachmännisch..mein Hauptgang wollte die gute Servicedame mit dem Desserts meiner Frau servieren..
