I finally ordered something new and that was the biggest mistake I could make… I usually order the louis 2 burger and its amazing but we ordered the calamari and wings, BOTH was horrible absolutely no taste nit one pinch of seasoning I did not expect that especially for wings … its like they took the raw wings and threw them in the fire and served no exaggeration at I promise. No good big waste of money …. I even gave others to try and they just spit it out instantly…. disappointed

I’ve been going to the brass for years and I still adore it. The food is always amazing whether it’s pasta, pizza, burgers, appetizers, etc. Drink options are lovely and they have a pretty great selection. The staff is welcoming and personable. The entertainment is also really great from watching the games to enjoying great bands playing live. Highly recommend to go for a nice night out with friends or a family outing

At the restaurant itself, I never had any issues.
From ordering over the phone however, don’t do so in the later parts of the evening.
The first time I came across this problem, each time I called the line was busy. It went on for at least an hour (yes I was determined and had a craving). I called.. a lot.. and the line was never free. By the time someone picked up, the person on the phone said delivery was closed for the night.. even though I believe it was still delivery hours and definitely within opening hours for the restaurant itself.
I wrote in a message on their website and was written back being told that delivery was still available but it was too late by then anyway to try again.
Now? It happened again tonight. The phone was ringing so I waited. Admittedly, a while again.. I figured they were busy or couldn’t hear the phone. The phone was finally picked up but sounded like the receiver was dropped onto the floor. A loud racket. Then the person picked it up and hung up on me.
And them guess what happens next.. I call back? Good ol busy line beeping again. Tried a few times, still busy. I’m not trying for an hour again like I did last time, forget it. Someone is blatantly trying to avoid accepting phone calls. I obviously don’t know who, but someone is.
So.. if it’s nearing 10 PM? Don’t bother. You’re bound to get ignored. And I’m not going to write in again either as the person who replied to me that previous time gave me the vibe as if I was imagining things or making it up.
It’s better to order at earlier times or go there in person. I’m not going to order past 9 PM ever again.

Always have great service with freshly prepared food arriving within a very short wait. It’s incredible to have a consistently delicious breakfast at such a reasonable price. Other positives are that this restaurant is really well located and there’s plenty of parking.

I’ve been to this bar a lot throughout my life and its been about the same and that’s not a bad thing. The food is consistent and good the place is clean and staff is nice. Its you’re classic bar. Never had issues here and in the summer the terrace is a nice place to have breakfast or lunch with friends. Keep it up.

Always a good time going to the brass. Great service, great staff, and amazing manager. Would suggest going when there is a Habs game great atmosphere. Always great music on Saturday with the band playing. All in all highly suggested.

First and foremost, this is a Brasserie (pub) . It has a very casual atmosphere where you can go and relax.
Lots of parking in the area so that’s a plus.
They have indoor and outdoor dining. The indoor dining can get loud when busy. Outdoor is enclosed pretty well from people passing by. The seats outdoor are showing their age but are still comfortable.
My wife and enjoy the quality of the food on the menu. Though the menu has been reduced, there are still many options. They have daily specials which you check ont their website. Though My wife does miss their Mussels 🙂
During the many visits, we have tried their tacos, burgers, pasta, mussels, and calamari. All were tasty and served while still warm.
The service was quick and polite. Can tell wait staff were busy but always had a smile when asking if all was ok.

The burger (Texan) I ordered was an absolute masterpiece, from taste to the way it looked. I’ve been ordering from La Brasserie des Rapides for a decade now and today was *the* best version of the Texan I had. I was very impressed.

This is a nice pub/restaurant with sports on the TV, music etc. It is at a very good location, parking is never a problem. They are open late, and serve drinks and American pub food, but with a fusion cuisine as well such as excellent tacos. Their pasta, pizza and seafood dishes are good too. Go there to spend some time, a quick bite is wasted in this place. You want to be relaxed, have enough time to enjoy with friends.
