Stopped in for lunch, no wait. Staff were fast and friendly. Chicken tenders and Mac and cheese were pretty good. Potatoes had taste and texture of instant.

Great food and attentive staff. My wife and I each got the t-bone special (I assume it’s limited-time because of the low price). The food tasted awesome! The salad bar had about everything I get on salads, and the ranch dressing is the “good kind.” Bad ranch can ruin any salad, but that wasn’t a problem here. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were really good. We will definitely go back again.

Quick, clean, friendly, and it pretty fast when you are in a hurry. Potatoe salad is ok, I prefer dill instead of sweet relish in mine, but over-all, the southern style home-cooked food is great! No offense to the sweet relish lovers!

This was our go to place for breakfast. Sunday mornings is our morning to eat a good sit down breakfast. So this past Sunday we pull up and are told they no longer have breakfast on Sunday.

As you can guess we were very disappointed. Now we will have to drive to Dalton for our Sunday breakfast.

I have eating here twice after the reopen. I was disappointed in the food. Before the pancakes were large and amazing. Now they are small and just ok. Also I loved the ham and cheese omelette. I oredered it after the reopen. It was way over cooked flat and not much too it.

I haven’t eaten lunch here yet. Some of the new options sounds good. I just hope they pull them off better than breakfast.

The best southern food in the Chatsworth/Dalton area. Just about everything is homemade. If ribs are available you have to get them. They always are tender and delicious. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very hospitable.

Is no longer the Brass Lantern. It is now the Cherokee Cafe. I was not very impressed. The chicken was not seasoned. The fish was to simple. The cornbread was burned. The vegetables were not seasoned. I love country food but it is a start for this business. They can improve a lot.

Love this place!!!! For such a small place that is insanely easy to overlook, the food is astonishing!! Definitely worth the 5 star and the prices are great. Will definitely be going back for more . (Also, DEFINITELY recommend the fried and baked chicken).

Two of my friends and I decided to try Brass Lantern for Sat breakfast. We got there at 9:30 am, none of our food was warm much less hot, biscuits were terrible and then to find out on paying that it cost me $10 with my drink !!!! Never again, could have had a nice hot breakfast at Hardee’s for way less and better food. Very disappointed.

Food was very good! We ordered off the menu at lunch time so it took a little longer than eating off the food bar!! Had some friends sit with us that ate off food bar and their food looked very good!!
