WAY too expensive for this one plate: $24 + tax and 20% tip = $32+; their homepage online prices are outdated and inaccurate once your arrive in person; a one-inch, black, HUMAN hair was on our tortilla (SEE photo); their sliced avocado was DISGUSTINGLY old and UNACCEPTABLE (SEE photo); they only gave a single, 4-inch slice of chicharron (SEE photos); the tortilla was not fully cooked, was pasty, and had no flavor or salt to it; the fried-platino was too soft and had no crisp on the edges of it; and, the presentation of the food was non-existent (SEE photo).

Long story short, we wont be returning, and you shouldn’t bother coming here either…as they half-ass their product and appear to take no pride in their product.

On the bright side of things: the steak; sausage; and chicharron were all flavorful and delicious — and the beans and salsa were good too.

I come to vegas pretty often for work and many places here are very expensive and not even the best quality. HOWEVER, this spot is amazing, delicious and definitely affordable. My go to spot to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner daily. Ive come here 2-3 times daily when im in town for work. The Huevos Pericos for breakfast is only $3.95 and its definitely satisfying.

Food was ok. It lacked flavor. From everything we ordered the churrasco and empanadas were good. I didn’t like that they did not serve aji with the food you had to pay extra. We got one small container of aji for 3 empanadas. The service was ok also. We had to get up from the table to ask for items.

Our visit to Brasa Roja in Las Vegas was a delightful culinary adventure, even though it involved quite a journey. We traveled from the MGM Grand via the monorail and then took a long 20-minute walk, but the meal made it all worthwhile.

We started with some empanadas, which were very good, though the ají lacked the expected kick. Next, we tried an arepa with cheese, which was a tasty and satisfying choice. For our main course, we ordered two bandejas paisas. While the meal itself was sufficient and flavorful, the plates were small in size compared to the generous portions. This lack of sufficient room on the plate made the presentation less inviting.

Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive. The flavors and quality of the food made it a worthwhile visit. Brasa Roja has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

In summary, although the plate size could be improved to better accommodate the portions and the ají spicier, Brasa Roja offers a satisfying meal that’s worth the trip. We would definitely go again when in Vegas.

This place is always so yummy! It is a go-to spot for my family and I every time we visit Vegas. Fresh food, great portions, and a welcoming environment. Plus they have live music sometimes!! We usually order different dishes and then share everything

This review is for the buñuelos (cheese fritter) and beef empanada. The buñuelos was tasty…crispy exterior and a light, slightly sweet and cheesy inside. I would go back for this only. The empanada was meh. Counter service was non-English and friendly.

Food is ok, not flavor at all, not the best… service is bad, the food wasn’t on time, people started eating and others have to wait 15 min later, the waitress forget our appetizers twice, no napkins, no water… first and last time here…
