Cute spot for great Portuguese staples! Was very impressed by the Bitoque beef with chips. The chimichurri chicken didn’t have enough chimichurri sauce but the garlic veggies were delish!! Comfortable atmosphere and good for larger groups with a reservation. Also have a great outdoor patio with heaters. Will come back to try more appetizers and for their happy hour!

So tasty! We loved the grilled octopus and Tabla appetizer, in particular. The portions are big and well-balanced. The wait staff sometimes disappeared for a bit, but as soon as they returned, they were able to help us quickly with our requests. We sat inside because it was so hot outside and it was pleasant. I was worried it might be too loud for my elderly parents, but there was a dining room away from the bar and it was perfect.

Just happened upon this place driving through Bridgeport and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. It was really good – I would say beat out alot of the more expensive places you find in downtown Fairfield. Very deep and varied menu, with lots of what looked like authentic Portuguese dishes. We got several including Bulhao Clams (great!), Octous salad, grilled quail, Grilled Branzino, and Espetada Con Linguica. Found all the dishes well prepared and tasty. There were many other options on the menu that we now want to try out so will be back. We did outdoor dining, but the indoor space seemed nice as well.

We had a wonderful dinner there while traveling through the area. The atmosphere was wonderful, very clean and well maintained. Loved the tables with the thick natural wood. The service and food was wonderful. The “Polvo A Brasa Com Camarao” (Octopus and Shrimp with potatoes) was a huge serving and prepared to my liking. My wife enjoyed the Medalhao Com Risotto (Beef medallions with risotto) while my daughter enjoyed the Picanha Skewer (Steak served with rice, farofa and salad). Everything about this experience made us happy about this choice as we passed through CT on our way to Mass. Hope to be back soon. ps- The live music on a Thurs evening made it really festive too!

New favorite watering hole and food place. Great ambiance, the most attentive staff you could ever find. They have outside sitting and the Portuguese food is to die for. Here you can see The Paella Valenciana, the Caldo Verde with Brocolli Rabe and the Branzino. Delicious Caipirindas and a great selection of beers and imported drinks. Highly recommend!!
