We opened our first restaurant in January 1997 and as restaurant owners we have one goal, to please you with the most delicious food and the most efficient service in an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness. Thanks to our loyal customers we currently have seven locations in order to better serve you. Anybody can rent a building and call it a restaurant. But at Brandon’s, we are serious about serving great food and dedicated to pleasing you with delicious down-home cooking every time you visit. I went to Brandon’s Diner looking for something quick and inexpensive and ordered the family pack. I asked for onions on my burger. When I got home and took a few bites, I noticed the onion was unusually hard. After checking, I realized the onion still had the skin on it and looked rotten.
Everyone who saw it agreed something was clearly wrong. I usually check my food before eating, but I didn’t this time—lesson learned. I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing that this made it out of the kitchen at all, especially since it wasn’t even rush hour.

Came to this spot to get a burrito. When I opened it up, it had hardly any meat whatsoever. When I went back to see if I could get more meat, I was immediately told I couldn’t get it redone, it was made like that, and I couldn’t get a refund. Although all I asked for was more meat. Customer service was terrible, immediately turned me down. Will not be returning.

I used to love going to this place back in the days and I just started coming back to it for breakfast and dinner options. I notice that the time I ordered hashbrowns they made the portion size smaller and they were burnt. The other night I ordered the Family 4 hamburger pack with no pickles and recieved no onions with pickles in the burgers then the french fries were old and stale. Very disappointing they don’t have the quality they used to have.

First time to go to this restaurant. It’s a nice family owned place. Nice seating, comfortable homey atmosphere. Very clean and cool. Me and a friend got there on a Tuesday and found out it was Taco Tuesday. The waitress pointed out that the taco Tuesday was with the hard shell tacos only. And that we had a choice of shredded beef or chicken. We weren’t that hungry so we had the tacos. My friend had two shredded beef and I had two shredded beef and 1 chicken. It came with shredded beef for hard shell taco that was very hard add lettuce and cheese, tomato was 50 cents extra. Seems kind of pricey for a few bits of tomato and tomatoes are not that expensive. I wondered why it was Taco Tuesday and only for hard shell tacos and not soft tacos. I did not receive an adequate answer. I told the waitress upon leaving that they should have soft shell tacos as well for those people that don’t have the teeth to chew these hard shell tacos, and she just gave an, awe sorry! Hard shell tacos, street tacos and soft shell tacos are all the same price at $3.95. Since it was Taco Tuesday the price for the hard shell tacos was $2.59 each. That was my complaint about Taco Tuesday. We might go back again because we want to try the burrito that is so big that you have to be very hungry to eat it. Sounds like a challenge worth trying. In addition the restaurant also has alcohol service. Which you don’t usually find in restaurants nowadays but it is a nice addition for those that want to indulge.

This was such a surprise…I live 2 hours north, and just happened onto this restaurant. Loved it!!! The food was exceptional. The wait staff top tier, and I sat at a sweet little table outside which I loved!!!! My hat goes of to whoever runs this place great job!!!!

Ordered a fried egg cheeseburger and they gave me a burger without the egg. Oh well. At least I only had to wait 30 min in the drive thru

We had a great time here. Our server, Adrian, was very accomodating and funny. The pancakes were so delicious. Everyone enjoyed their plate. Will be coming back the next time we come to Fontana.

Wife & I have been coming here since 2019 and every year the food gets worse. The staff is very nice and helpful but i ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they skimped so much on the chocolate chips. Here i have attached pictures of when I would order the same meal back in 2020 they would evenly distribute the chocolate chips & present it nice. Now in 2022 they just throw a handful in the middle and call it a day ? Maybe we are just unlucky with certain cooks but it’s happened so many times i need to say something. Great staff however

This is a good place to go for a meal. Good service greeted and seated quick. Quite a few choices on the menu. Chose to ask for an appetizer to start. Deep fried zucchini fingers w/side of ranch. Fresh hot and tasty. Since I have a liking for Cobb Salad well it was on the menu. Anyway i it was well prepared a little crowded on the salad bowl with the garlic toast. The lettuce was a head lettuce with tomatoes,bacon, avocado, hard boiled egg, corn, and a small amount of carrots, actually a small sliver of carrot. That is why a 4 star not a huge disappointment still worth mentioning. The chimichanga was quite good and what we could not eat of course went with us. for the food and service. I would go again and try another choice .
