Your traditional Wisconsin Friday Night Fish Fry, available every Friday Night, comes from the fryer to your plate, and, just tell us how you like your burger, from rare to well, we’ll cook it just for you! Wood-fired Oven Pizza served, usually, on the first and third Saturday. We went for their Thursday Taco night. On the menu were three choices for tacos and two choices for drinks. I ordered two of the tacos and my friend ordered all three.
They were all tasty. One of mine was a corn tortilla shell inside of a flour tortilla. I don’t think the corn tortilla was necessary. It wasn’t crunchy, which would have added some nice texture. However, everything inside of the tacos was delish.
Their pizza nights are great! So take some time and visit Branding Iron Roadhouse!

First time visiting looking for wood fired pizza. Greeted by both employees with a very friendly smile and hello. Quick service at the table, great old fashioned. The server was so sweet and welcoming. We ended up with the burger and a brisket sandwich with special fries. So delicious ! Wood was hot, great flavor and presentation. So nice to go into a small town and have great welcome with awesome food. Thank you and we hope to be back for the pizza another time.

They were featuring burgers made from Valley Spring Farm’s beef tonight. It was excellent. We went with the Branding Iron burgers (bacon, grilled onions) and a side of mushrooms. They work with local producers to provide quality meals.
The Friday night fish fries are top notch. The deep fried cheese curd are stellar.

We stopped by on a Saturday at 8:00 p.m. and they were serving an incredible pizza. Homemade real ingredients and very reasonably priced.
Friday fish fry is incredible with walleye and perch being what we ordered.
The burgers every other day of the week are equally good as they are home raised and not store bought.

Great food and atmosphere. It’s the quintessential rural Wisconsin tavern/roadhouse with a great vibe, and looks the part! Friendly and efficient service and good food at very reasonable prices. They go out of their way to provide a great experience, and even opened early one weekday for our group to stop in for lunch during our tour of the Driftless area.❤️ We will be back!

My wife and I have lived in this area of WI for ten years, and this is our go-to spot. Yes it’s hard for me to let the secret of this gem of a place out! Our only regret is that we are snow birds and miss this great food, drinks and staff while we are gone.
