This was one busy establishment. There was a line when we entered and it was unclear as to whether we were to seat ourselves, wait in line or what exactly. I asked a worker and they said to have a seat. Apparently that is incorrect as you need to wait in line to order and pay first and then they will bring the food to you. We lost quite a bit of time doing this and we weren’t the only ones. They need to have a sign here explaining this. The food was delicious however they had to remake my hot chocolate as it just tasted like hot water with whipped cream. They happily remade me a new one tho. The restaurant itself was clean and the atmosphere was great but they did not seem to have enough servers to cover the influx of people coming in.

I visited with my family yesterday morning. The food is decent and it came out pretty quickly given how busy it was. There are too many syrup flavor choices. The girl taking orders & cashing people out was very friendly & helpful. However, the baristas/food runners need to work on their customer service skills. It should not be an inconvenience to you to do the job you’re being paid to do with some level of kindness. People coming up to the counter shouldn’t be given any type of attitude if they need something or be made to feel like they’re an inconvenience. If you don’t like to serve then I am confused as to why you work in the service industry. Thank you!

Great breakfast spot. Really good prices, quick service. Excellent ham steak, straight forward eggs and bacon were terrific. Fun atmosphere with coffee, olive oils, chocolates and other treat also for sale. It’s an order a the counter place and they have some high top tables as well as booths and regular tables. Clearly a “gathering place”.

The coffee I got was super tasty. The real winner for me was the apple feta salad. It was so pretty and tasty. The raspberry vinaigrette took it over the top.
Stopped here before heading out of Pierre. They have guest wifi so I was able to hook up for a few team meetings. The inside was lively but not too busy the day I was there.

When traveling, I seek out the best local coffee place that hits the spot.
This place was way busy but did not slow them down with fast food and coffee service.
I enjoyed my sandwich and house coffee.
If you are traveling through Pierre SD, then please seek out this fun place..

10:00am on a Thursday this place is standing room only- all the tables are full and the order line reaches the door. Ordered to go and the food came out quickly. Very tasty breakfast sandwich and hot mocha. Will come and next time I am in town.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Branded Iron in Pierre while traveling, and it was a fantastic choice! The atmosphere is really cool and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We decided to try the croissant sandwiches for breakfast, and they did not disappoint. The croissants were perfectly flaky and filled with delicious ingredients. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and a nice ambiance. Highly recommended!

Great spot for Pierre! Got the Apple Feta Salad with Chicken, very delicious and a very large serving. Got an iced coffee as well and was very pleased. It did take a while to make, however they were packed at the time we came in, so it was understandable. If you’re in the area, stop by!

What an absolute Hidden Gem! The aesthetic is refreshing and welcoming. They have a great selection of coffee, and the food & service are good too. Parking is extremely tight so drive carefully through the very small parking lot.
