Really good food, staff and atmosphere. I had one of their amazing burgers and sweet potato fries. The sweet dipping sauce with those fries was absolutely amazing. The poutine was really freaking tasty as well. The only knock is they sat us by the garage door windows and the breeze coming through then was so cold that we all had to keep our coats on while we ate. But, that wasn’t enough to remove any stars. My water glass stayed full and we got way more food than expected. I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back and eat there the next time I’m back in Casper.

Rolled in hungry enough to eat a fence post, rolled out happier than taking the table at a Texas Hold ‘Em tournament. That Milwaukee burger? A masterpiece in beef stacked high, juicy as a summer rain, and cooked so perfect I nearly tipped my hat to the grill itself.
The tone was set by the top-shelf lettuce dips that were fancier than a county fair VIP tent with side sauce that gave me the side-eye. Mercy. That sauce turned dipping into a religious experience.

We didn’t know we needed fried green tomatoes in Casper, but we saw the Branding Iron had them and sure were glad we stopped by. I had The Cody, bison, bacon, blue cheese, and onion frizzels, and my friend got The Casper, pork/beef, with mac and cheese and burnt ends! Both were delicious, we had a hard time picking but our lovely and kind waitress made her recommendations. The fried green tomatoes and the dill aioli!! My my my, the hard thing about eating in such great places while traveling, is you never know when you’ll be back to enjoy the delicious food and superior service.

My buddies had the blackened chicken pasta and a cowboy burger.. Smelled and tased amazing according to them.
Also, the drinks are good. Had a couple beers and lemonades. Good stuff!

This was an excellent find using Google Maps. This is a great local bar / restaurant. The staff here were very friendly and professional. They make great menu recommendations. The poutine was delicious. The bison burger was really good too. The whole place is kept very clean. Plenty of free street parking.

Reasonable easy to find on street parking. No waiting time to be seated and served. Good selection of beer and spirits. Reasonable prices, we spent $100 for three lunches and five beers. Staff was very friendly. We were there for lunch.

I love Branding Iron! I had not been in a while and was craving their Black Bean burger but had to work so I ordered it on DoorDash. It is still the best vegetarian burger I have had! Taste and texture are very similar to a real burger, I am not a vegetarian, and the fries even from a DoorDash transfer are flavorful and perfectly cooked!
