What an amazing experience. The most unexpected jewel to find in northern rural vermont. A top notch dining and culiinary spot that will stand out above and beyond most. One of the best meals and experiences I’ve encountered in a long time. The food has depth, extremely creative, and well balanced. Our server was very knowledgeable and experienced. Passionate. There isn’t anything on the menu that you wouldn’t want to try. If your lucky enough to dine here, it will definitely be a place to remember.

Bramble is an excellent date night spot or a meal with a friend. Delicious cocktail menu and tasty dishes.
Their bone marrow is amazing! — I am sad I missed it the last time I was there

Came here on a Friday night, around 8:30pm after attending a concert. Wife and I each got a cocktail and pizza. Atmosphere and service was great. Pizzas were good. Will be back again to try their dinner played next time.

Hokay. The short answer is, if you have the money, go for it! It was a wonderful surprise.
The long of it… my husband and I haven’t been out to eat in years. Tonight was a happy accident. Our daughter snagged a sleepover and we had just been gifted a gift card for here. Otherwise we never would have been able to go. This place is fantastic but very very expensive. Rightfully so, I will give it that. It’s been a long time since going out to eat has felt worth it. We’ve never experienced this type of menu before and we have very “regular people” pallets haha if you get what I mean. Truly, if we didn’t have a gift card we wouldn’t have gone. That menu was so scary hahaha BUT we were absolutely blown away. We definitely played it safe tho, we chose the bread and oil appetizer, the cauliflower curry soup, and for our entrees we chose the rabbit pot pie and the ciopinno and we finished every last drop of everything. I think the entree portions were perfect size. I think there could have been a scoop, or two , more of soup. That was so so good but less than half full. And something I noticed on the way home, was that I didn’t feel like crap. No over stuffed or bloated feeling. Our server I am so very sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was great and everything was timed so well. Not once did we feel under or over served. I am so grateful for this experience and I hope we get a gift card again hahaha.
P.s. I would not recommend bringing kids under 14 ish maybe only if they have that adventurous pallet. I actually didn’t see a kids menu. But that could have been because we didn’t have a kid with us. I didn’t see any kids either.
And make a reservation!

Absolutely blown away by this place. My friends loved their cocktails (painkiller and garden gnome) I loved my mocktail (Tommy Jr), best biscuits I’ve ever eaten and I’m from the south. The risotto was incredible. The service was lovely. The vibes were bright and beautiful. Will be back for more.

The roasted veggies, better than I even expected.

The answer is YES to the answer cocktail.

That carrot cake, is carrot crack.

The plates are beautiful, ask the staff the story behind them.

“What’s this green stuff?” Their herb oil they infuse with their own grown herbs. Turns out to be the best thing we ever tasted. Ordered extra focaccia to dunk.

The turkey meatballs were divine and the gravy was worth asking for a to-go container, the pizza with hot honey, the draft list!!

Eating here was a true experience, they treat you like family and the service was delightful!

Bramble is an absolute gem! The food was incredible, and everything we tried exceeded expectations. The lobster bisque was rich and flavorful, the short ribs were tender and clearly a labor of love, and the homemade pasta dish perfectly captured the essence of Vermont. Every bite was a delight! The atmosphere and service were just as exceptional, making this a spot we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Incredibly warm and friendly staff, very patient and fun while still being attentive. Erin especially was fantastic with great recommendations and the food was wonderful; the roast duck was by far the best I have ever had, and the cheddar biscuits were moist and super flavorful. Would absolutely recommend this spot.

We’ve been here several times with our kids. The pizza is excellent, and we’re originally from Long Island. It’s not a Long Island pie, but it is a nice oven pizza with a thin crust.

The other offerings on the menu have never disappointed, highly recommend the roasted olive appetizer, it’s a favorite of ours. Last time we were there I ordered the rabbit ragu tagliatelle and it was amazing. The flavors were so incredibly complimentary I spent the meal trying to decipher what everything was to replicate at home. The chicken dish is delectable, my husband got the swordfish and said it was the best he’s had in memory.

Our service has always been prompt but never pushy, and we’ve spoken with the owner a couple of times. Brought family here.

Very nice place, is now a regular of ours.

It’s been a while since we’ve tried a new restaurant and been so delighted! First off, the staff and service was wonderful from the moment we stepped in the door. Our server was incredibly attentive, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The space is very inviting – comfortable, but classy without feeling at all fussy. The quality of the tables and chairs was noted along with the little extra touches, like the dinner and glassware.

The food was delicious. Every dish was better than my expectations. The kale salad was so delicious (Kale? I know, but it really, really is that good) we ordered another mid meal. The only thing I can say even came close to bringing the slightest disappointment was that for the price, the bone marrow was extremely shallow. It was absolutely delicious, but I would have felt it was lean if I wasn’t sharing it at all, again, a minor disappointment. The biscuits were very tasty but I would not order again for the high price. In contrast, I was surprised by the fair price for oysters and enjoyed the bloody Mary granita they were paired with immensely.

This is an ideal dish sharing experience. The quality of the food, atmosphere, and service will definitely see my return to do exactly that – there was nothing on the menu I didn’t want to try! Great job, Bramble team, thank you for an excellent evening!
