It’s been a while since we’ve tried a new restaurant and been so delighted! First off, the staff and service was wonderful from the moment we stepped in the door. Our server was incredibly attentive, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The space is very inviting – comfortable, but classy without feeling at all fussy. The quality of the tables and chairs was noted along with the little extra touches, like the dinner and glassware.

One of the best restaurants in Vermont for sure! They went above and beyond for my husband and I for our anniversary. The food was extraordinary and fresh— the ambiance was tasteful and perfect for a romantic dinner. Thank you so much to our incredible server who got us some bubbly drinks to cheers to. She also didn’t assume that we were alcohol drinkers, she asked us! Which we thought was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do since we aren’t alcohol drinkers. We went here for our wedding anniversary. The staff was phenomenal. Erin was our server. She made us feel welcome and kept on top of things without hovering. Food was tasty and they adjusted the halibut dish to accommodate an allergy. The lamb was tender and perfectly seasoned.

The overall ‘vibe’ of this restaurant was great. The service was fine, nothing spectacular. The food portions were super small given the price. I accidentally ordered an appetizer, but given the $22 price tag, I’d assumed to get enough. Instead, I got 3 scallops. At that price and lack of flavor?! Insane to me. My boyfriend got two small, yet delicious lamb racks that were $26. I know seafood can be expensive but for the portion size and the flavor in comparison to the lamb is NOT worth it. Super nice inside though, and I was greeted with a birthday card.

Bramble was such the perfect place to get dinner. Small plates served family style with a upscale rustic vibe inside and some of the most friendly genuine attentive staff ive ever met! The food was all very good, but the standout dishes were the mushrooms, the bone marrow, and the carrots! So rich and full of flavor. A little off the beaten path but fully worth the drive, im so glad I came. Thank you to all the bramble staff

Went here around 7:30pm on a Thursday for a party of 2 without reservations. They were great, seated us promptly, our waiter Julian was very friendly and informative. The drinks were well done, we had a Bees Knees and Garden Gnome to start, and a Painkiller to finish the night. For food everything is served meant to be shared for the most part.

We came for our anniversary dinner and were blown away by the food and service. Julian provided great service and outstanding recommendations. The chef gratuitously altered an appetizer to accommodate a food sensitivity and the hostess wrote us a note celebrating our anniversary. The whole crew made it a very special night. Oh yeah, and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to return.

Had a great experience at Bramble! Their staff was so welcoming. They wrote individual cards for my parents who both had birthdays we were celebrating in addition to a candle in their dessert. The food was INCREDIBLE! It was so easy to eat there as a gluten free person. Truly a 5 star experience.

I’ve been to Bramble a couple of times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, creative and beautifully curated menu, masterly crafted cocktails, and an atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal and your company. This place is my new favorite restaurant, hands down. The service is phenomenal, the staff was extremely friendly and Julien, our waiter, was incredible. The food is a whole other story. Highly recommend the duck confit and the lamb short ribs. It was all cooked to perfection and left you feeling good after the fact. Oh, can’t forget about the cocktails…. I had a drink called the garden gnome and will now be having dreams about it. Coming back as soon as possible, thanks for a great experience!
