The shrimp is fresh and cooked perfectly.
The salmon bites and salmon plate is great. The seasoning is just enough with not overtaking the main courses. All the sides are fantastic!! Must try this!

After a fun game of mini golf, my friend and I decided to try Brain Food. When we arrived at the place, we thought the GPS had taken us to the wrong spot because there was no sign to tell us this was Brain Food. At first, I went to the wrong building, and the laddies directed me to the building next door. When we got to the right building, we ordered our food and waited in the car for it to get ready. We waited 50 minutes for the food to be prepared. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo Fries with Salmon and a Pineapple Lemonade. My friend did the Build Your Own Pasta; she added chicken, extra cheese, and spinach. She also ordered the Strawberry Lemonade. If the fries were by themselves, it would have been just ok, but the Salmon and the Cajun Alfredo Sauce really helped it out. The Pineapple Lemonade was really amazing. I tasted a little bit of my friend’s pasta. The pasta wasn’t that warm, and the spinach on it tasted weird. So if anyone plans on coming here, I recommend ordering ahead so the wait won’t be long.

This was suggested to me by a coworker and I am so glad I decided to check it out. I got a seafood platter with Fried fish (honey hot), salmon bites, and shrimp. So delicious! I had just came from the gym and I devoured half of this on the way home. You place your order and they run your food to your vehicle. Great service and as a southerner who is picky about my fried seafood, this was amazing. I want to go back and try all the other flavors too. So many to choose from!

Detroiter here….First off, order before you come. Everything is cooked to order. Secondly, the food is good. My only hang-up about this experience was the price. $30 dollars for only 3 Lamb chops was a bit much…..but, it’s like that everywhere now. I would come here again.

Loved the pasta bowl. I’m not usually a fan of alfredo but it was my favorite. I got mine extra large with lamb and lobster. Shrimp and catfish were also pretty good. Would come back for more pasta.

This place was ok, to me. First off, know that if you want to eat your food fresh from the grease, you have to do it in your car. Unless you live close. Came from out of town not knowing this. Anywho, food was aiight. They messed up my wife’s order and overall I could have had a V-8. Other than that, service was nice but your food takes FOREVER since it’s so poppin for the locals.

Second time ordering veggie chicken pasta bowl online from Brainfood. This time the vegetables taste a bit off, not as fresh. Please cut veggies fresh. They have weird tastes once they start to go bad. It honestly seems like a bag of Kroger vegetables for 22 dollars. I can make this at home.

Yesterday was my very first visit. Sidenote: You can’t go in this place, you have to call and they’ll bring the order out to you. When I visited, I got fried catfish and salmon nuggets dipped in honey hot sauce with fries! Babyyyyyyyyyyy 10/10 I will definitely be back especially for the Salmon nuggets, everything was so damn good! You would expect it to be soggy because of the sauces but the food still has a crunch to it, the bomb!

They need to call this place “It will mess with your Brain, Food!” The food was amazing. When I say amazing it’s so different and fresh you won’t believe how good it is. It’s like having a home cooked meal from a 5-Star Michelin Chef who is like “I want you to try something I’ve been thinking up!” The gentleman who greeted me at the door…great young men. They were helpful, respectful and walked me through the online ordering process. This place is top notch. Don’t let the commercial feel of the place detract from what magic they are doing in that kitchen. It’s on point! Only recommendation is a little better signage on the door. But who knows maybe they are trying to keep this place a secret.
