The best food I’ve ever eaten from a food truck. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of it so I needed to use my friend’s meals instead.
Super down to earth and chill workers, they helped recommend sauces and condiments. They’re very knowledgeable about what they’re making and their passion shows in their food. Very good portions for the price too!
Definitely would recommend, I can’t wait for them to pop up again so I can try something new.

Had the Maple Bourbon wings today during the Christmas Craft Festival at the Manatee County Admin. Building! Honestly, 10 of the BEST wings I’ve tasted in sometime. The maple bourbon glaze was very tasty, but did not overpower the natural taste of the chicken. The actual chicken wasn’t overcooked, allowing me to have a 1-2 punch of juicy, delicious chicken complemented by a great tasing glaze. Service moves pretty swiftly. Attitude is light and friendly, but make no mistake…these gentlemen stand on business! Worth the purchase….every time. My first time, but hopefully not my last time!

Wow – had the fried chicken sliders and fried banana peppers and it was amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly, even at slider sized. It was flavorful and crispy. The fried banana peppers were great and came with a ranch based dip that was perfect.

My company had Bradentrucky come out for our summer event at Manatee Fairgrounds. I got both breakfast and lunch from the truck and both were delicious. For breakfast the biscuits and gravy & sausage were both very good. For lunch the Maple Bourbon fried chicken sandwich was phenomenal (if a little sticky) I had some fries as well and those were well seasoned. Friendly service and quick!

First off, I have had some amazingly awesome meals at various food truck venues, and I am so happy they have been making a comeback.
Sadly however, this was not one of them. I stopped by to see what Bradentrucky had to offer, then ordered one of the ‘main’ menu items…a chicken tenders type meal, and a fancy toasted roll with a unique (sounding) seasoning. Sounded great and I was quite hungry, so I took it home looking forward to that “eureka” moment that I’ve had so many times before with other food trucks.
Once at home, I opened the styrofoam container. The pictures you’ll see were taken once I looked inside. I had not yet touched the food into I turned the fancy seasoned roll over. Kings Hawaiian rolls, funny. I didn’t bother tasting the fancy seasoning having found only 3 chicken nuggets, not tenders. Yes 3, one was slit in two, either to check to see if it was cooked…or perhaps to make the meal look bigger . Honest, I did not touch the chicken at all.
Well, I went back to Bradentrucky, gave it back to them and said “here, take this back, oh and keep the 12 bucks. You obviously need it”…Didn’t realize I bought an overpriced Happy Meal!”

I love this food truck. I love attending special events and they are there. Their food is delicious. I most recently tried the chicken salad. It is so good that I am jealous. My family all have their favorites from Bradentrucky, even the fussy teenager. I highly recommend!!!
