I have been eating here with my dad for 20 years and have always been perfectly satisfied from the jumbo dogs to the beefs don’t forget the green river just a very well rounded hotdog stand with all the fixins!

I love the cheese dogs here! And the hot dog they use isn’t exactly 100% beef ( or at least tastes that way ) and I appreciate that it’s not over greasy. I’m Irish so I am biased to Green River sold here, but nonetheless love it being available to me and the Irish options in general. (give the Irish nachos a try!) The girls working are always really friendly and I always try to tip them!! Thank you for being great and keep it up ❤️

Hi, my family just left the location at 1420 N Hobbie Ave at 4:53pm. The location is open until 7pm. There were two teenage male employees. One spoke to us while the other stood and laughed from a distance. My father ordered 5 hot dogs as his complete order. The employee picked up a hot dog with tongs and held it in the air while it was dripping water. He showed it to us and said they only had 3 and didn’t want to make anymore. We drove from Chicago (over 30 miles) to come for these hot dogs because my parents often ate them while they were dating, even before they had kids. My older parents (and myself) were left so disappointed and shocked at how the employee spoke to us. They laughed at us and said “whatever” when we left hungry saying we would find somewhere else for dinner. I’m shocked.

Wow!!! I’m blown away!!! The one in Morris used to be this good, but they let it go so badly. The man that owns it put his heart and soul into it, and his family ruined it. But here, at this kankakee one, the bread is super soft, the Italian sausage tastes like Italian sausage!! The hotdogs are the best!!! And the chili dogs are amazing!! I’m so happy to still be able to get my favorite food even if I do have to travel now to get it. I’m not going to lie though, the reviews for the moldy fountain scared me from getting a drink. Since the other reviews are wrong. I may go ahead and try it next time. Also, some reviews said the staff was bad, I didn’t see it this time. My nephew is special needs and they were very friendly with him. I’m happy with portions. We all left full. I’m super happy with this visit.

I always love going here! Makes me think of my childhood. Of course their Italian beefs are my favorite, with a side of au ju! Just hopefully their cooler is working in the ordering area this time. Definitely like a cold drink with my food.

Haven’t been to Boz since covid 2020. Ordered 2 hot dogs and 2 Italian beefs. The food was terrible. It was like it was sitting for weeks. Rancid. So disappointed we threw all of it away and never went back. Always loved Boz dogs and beefs but that ruined it.

They use to give you a nice size sandwich. Now they want to give you a few pieces of Italian beef on your bread, weigh it & take some off! Even with the toppings it doesn’t fill the bread up anymore. They might as well put the meat on a regular hotdog bun & lower the price! I was a true customer & bragged on them but not anymore.
