Highly disappointed and will be taking my buisness elsewhere! Food was not ready had to wait additional 30 min from time originally given. When we got home the pizzas had very little cheese on either one an both were not fully cooked. The wings were cold and not the kind we ordered. The antipasta had absolutely no meat. I understand due to the super bowl they were busy but atleast take some type of pride of what you’re serving your customers!

Great renovation to the dining room! The fried mushrooms had too much fried for my liking, but we’re tasty. The Chicken Marsala was very good and the portion was more than enough for both of us!

Went to dinner here with extended family. We are all from out of town and were meeting in-between. The food was great (we had pizza and wings) and our server was also wonderful, helping us decide how much food to order for our crew of 11. (She was right on the money!) If I find myself in Rome again I would definitely go back!

Amazing pizza legit worth the ride. The meatball parm? Let’s just say it existed. We pedaled 15 miles to try this place, so we were committed… unlike the cashier, who greeted us like we’d just insulted her ancestors. Truly a people person. But hey, the pizza by the slice was solid crispy, cheesy, and didn’t judge us for being sweaty and hungry.

Great pizza place right down from the capitol theatre in Rome. They’ve got a full menu of food and a dining room too. By far the pizza in/house for slices is the best when you get it by the slice; it’s thinner than you’ll get for take home, and it’s perfectly crispy on the bottom!

I ordered 20 butter and garlic wings with extra extra garlic, got home, and there’s no garlic what so ever. Call there to tell them, and all the girl kept saying over and over again was, “do you want 6o come back and we’ll give you a cup of garlic?” I said no cuz it wasn’t gonna taste the same, and said I wanted to bring these back to get the order I ordered, and plus I’m across town… And she said she couldn’t do that.. how can you not give your customer what they ordered? To me, that’s not customer service, nor is it pleasing your customers… Or good business. I don’t think I’ll ever go back…

I wish I could tell you about the food but I didn’t eat it. I was going to visit my wife who is in physical rehab, I stopped here to order a medium cheese pizza and 10 wings. I haven’t eaten dinner with my wife in weeks since her injury. They said 20 minutes and I said I’ll come back. I come back probably 30 minutes later to find that my pizza isn’t even in the oven yet…. I have to wait another 20 minutes. Now I will say the guy cooking the pizzas (owner?) Was nice and upgraded my pizza to a large free of charge, awesome! I get back to my wife, open the box and the pizza was clearly under cooked. I don’t have pics, I was starving and disappointed. Now this did not have to be a big deal, apparently the restaurant was busy and I get that, sometimes mistakes are made. I bring the pizza back and said the dough is raw. Immediately the cook says whats that mean? I said raw, undercooked. The dough is raw. He says its not raw, I just don’t know what melted cheese looks like on the crust. Really? I’ve been eating pizza all my life, I can tell the difference between raw dough and mozzarella. The guy proceeds to eat the pizza on front of me telling me its delicious and there is nothing wrong with it. Very unprofessional attitude, the 2 women working there were fantastic and helpful. With that being said, maybe dude was having a bad day I don’t know. I wasn’t even going to do a review until I got so much attitude from the owner/pizza “chef”. They said they will refund my whole order. Also apparently you don’t get Bleu cheese or ranch with wings here because I didn’t. I see the other reviews and hope this was just a bad day. I won’t be returning though.

We were on the NY State Park’s Erie Canal Bicycle ride and arrived into Rome early and hungry. So we’re first timers. Diane was our server. Very cordial and attentive at all the right times. We order a cheese pizza slice. Excellent and flavorful. Yes, we would return when in the area. Give it a go; hopefully, you won’t be disappointed.

Boyz From Italy has completely gone downhill. The food quality isn’t what it used to be, the people answering the phone act like you’re bothering them, and the hours change constantly. I wish I could say it was just a bad day here and there, but nope — this is every single time we order now.
My parents live FIVE minutes away, and somehow even a simple salad takes over an hour, despite them confidently saying “30 minutes.” Today we ordered at 3:13 PM, and by 4:15 PM it still wasn’t ready. That’s not just bad service — that’s pathetic.
If you don’t want to take orders, fine, but at least be honest about your wait times and try treating customers like you actually want their business.
