Stumbled across BHB as I was wondering a bit around East LA after dropping off some stuff nearby. Needed to wait for traffic to die down. The place is very nice and well kept. The staff is friendly, and the selection of beer is good. Will definitely be going back to try the food.

Heading to Boyle Heights to hangout with friends and my hunnis and I stumbled on this bar. The tacos were really good. They were a little pricey but I like trying new spots. I had a fried shrimp taco & grill shrimp taco. My hunnis got an asada taco and a fried shrimp taco as well. They even made me a virgin margarita. We had to park on the streets which could be a hassle but we were fortunate to get a close up spot. We stopped in there on a Friday afternoon and there wasn’t many folks in there. But it had a cool vibe. We will visit again!

Pretty good! Atmosphere here is awesome. Food ingredient quality was a little lacking but the recipes were delicious. Wings, tacos, and beer were all satisfactory, but the price wasn’t low enough to warrant some of the subpar produce that showed up on my plate. I’d definitely come back for a drink though, and the tacos were very good. Would visit again.

Dope sports bar. Chill vibe in non-busy hours, not sure how that compares to busy hours. Plenty of tvs to watch whatever game is on, variety of beers and liquor on deck. Had blue corn tortilla tacos and they were on point. Drinks were a nice balance and the miche was clamato based.

This place is a bit above average. The drinks are great. No happy hours. The only reason I gave it a 5 star on food are the chicharrones, they are amazing. Didn’t try the mix drinks when beer is worth a 3pk tall can. the atmosphere is amazing chill drink food music. Not bad. May be top 10 in Boyle Heights comunnity.

Was not expecting this great food worthy of any restaurant. The ceviche was good. The stake was amazing. The tacos were amazing, chicharon was on point ,and taco shrimp was amazing , and I was not expecting this kind of quality from a bar. O and the music were on point.
