Excellent service in a cool and cozy atmosphere. Unimaginable amount of whiskeys to choose from. Scottish eggs were absolutely delicious and not too heavy like some other places. Fish and chips was a good portion, flavorful and perfectly battered. They don’t take reservations but we walked in and sat immediately on a Friday night at 730. It was very busy when we left at 915. They have live music. Must be 21 to enter after 9.

Stopped in for a pint of Guinness after having dinner nearby and was disappointed to see it served in the wrong glass. The Tour of Scotland flight was fantastic though. Very cool place with a great selection of beer and whiskey.

As I strolled around downtown Knoxville someone recommended jig & reel to me because I was hoping to hear some live local music. The chicken pot pie whas hot and tasty but a bit lacking for $18. Mostly pastry and gravy. Very little chicken and veggies. Service was great and the music was so classic! I guess Tuesday nights are a hootenanny with lots of senior musicians gathering to play together. Overall it was a fun experience, and I would definitely hit it again.

Had a great time, first time here. Bartender was awesome and informative. Food was stellar, be sure to try the pretzel with house made beer cheese. The Scotch Egg was awesome as well. Amazing selection of booze too, shelves upon shelves of global booze. Will definitely return

We stopped by on the first Thursday of the month because we saw they have Irish musicians jam. It was a chill night, drinks were good and the artists were fantastic. Would recommend trying.

Also their whiskey list truly is expansive and impressive.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always been fantastic. Great food, at times great music, and fantastic staff!

Definitely recommed the corned beef and the haggis when in stock

I went with a large student group on a Thursday night to enjoy the Irish jam band session. The music was fantastic, the food was unique and had lots of options for all meal preferences, and the service was helpful. If you want to sit with a large group in the music room, make sure to call ahead and get a table!

Bf and I got steak and ale pie. Very good. Guinness, toffee cake with ice cream for dessert. Loved listening to the music. Lots of room. We sat near the bar. But 2 extra rooms to the left of the bar.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and music, definitely worth the draw. Service was a bit lacking for as few patrons were there on a wednesday night but they might have been understaffed. The Steak and Ale pie was great, lots of flavor and gravy to enjoy. The Cottage pie, not so much, basically just mashed potatoes with very little anything else.
