Terrible service and not only that I really was looking forward to having family night with some fresh made whole pizzas. First time coming to this location and I asked for whole pizzas but immediately was turned away and could only order what they had out already. It’s 6:40pm and online didn’t even allow me to even place the order. Place shows listed closes at 8pm. Sbarro’s from Ontario Mills Mall food court will never disappoint unlike today. Grew up eating Sbarro’s pizza and literally was the first pizza company that blessed me into the best pizza and personal favorite. Very disappointed with tonight and expectations on my end where very high and looking forward to trying this location. I won’t be coming back here EVER! ITS NEVER. SBARRO we need to talk about this and make it right. I was ready to order 3 whole pizzas and some Stromboli’s but honestly a gas station is not the atmosphere I was expecting at all very disappointed about the experience and not being able to order fresh made whole pizzas for the family. So to anyone reading this article on my unsatisfied experience, do yourself the favor and don’t even bother if they don’t want to work or make money for the company. Sbarro will always have a place in my heart, but you honestly failed me today and hopefully that will be the last time. Gonna take the family out to Pizza Port Brewery and spend some real money heavy money there where I know they won’t hesitate to make a customer happy and deliver a service right. Cashier literally just told me I can only get what was out made in sight only. HARD PASS and NO THANKS

Was very skeptical at first just by looking at the pizza slices on the counter, but was surprised on how good it was. If you’ve had this pizza anywhere else very consistent with the taste. Could say it’s a bit pricey but other than that not bad.

Tried the Buffalo XL Chicken pizza today. One word, amazing. The pizza itself exceeded expectations and the ingredients were fresh. Ladies at the counter were very friendly and even provided a good amount of condiments (their Parmesan Cheese packet was my favorite). Will definitely return for more! They’re located inside the Circle-K.
