Bowman’s Restaurant was well worth going out of the way for. I had the catfish and it was really good. Hubby had the roast beef, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Was very pleased with his choice. Staff was friendly food came out fast and hot. Would recommend to anyone going I 75 near Dalton, to stop by and enjoy a good home cooked meal.

Not a top notch rating but I really do enjoy going here. This last visit found the ” moist” pulled pork plate was actually a bit dry. Was a Sunday lunch so I was surprised at this. The service was very nice although felt a rushed. The atmosphere is very family oriented and laid back. Not fancy but adequately comfortable.

It’s…edible. Visually some of the most unappealing dishes I’ve seen outside of a school cafeteria. Taste wise, it’s not much better. Service is nice, but that’s not enough to make us want to come back.

Hubby and I went here for our Friday night date night. Excellent service and food. A bit steep price wise, so we want be eating here to often. But for a special occasion it’s worth the price for a good home cooked meal.

Everything I’ve had is excellent. Salmon patties, chicken and dumplings are not to be missed. It’s very much worth the drive to eat here. Service is always friendly and attentive.
