The food was good. The staff was friendly and attentive.
However, I did notice something concerning. The inner pot of the rice cooker had multiple scratches inside. This is a potential health concern, as damaged cookware coating could release harmful substances into the food. I hope it gets replaced soon.

Really enjoyed my experience for lunch! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The teriyaki salmon bowl was phenomenal. It came with plenty of salmon, spicy crab salad, regular crab salad and tons of veggies – all for $15! I would definitely come back and loved the optionally here. A good option for vegetarians as well.

The food is delicious. Portions sometimes are great othertimes they are lacking. The prices are a bit much. I appreciate the fresh food but my boyfriend and I with 2 bowls can be $40+. If it was more friendly pricing I’d be there every week.

The Asian Manager is racist. He tried to accuse me of stealing an order through doordash that I definitely confirmed while in store. Instead of reaching out to doordash directly to see why it didn’t confirm on his end. He literally was yelling at me and demanding to see my phone to see if I confirmed the order. Mind you the lobby was full of customers. Just horrible and so embarrassing. All this over a order of a bowl which I’m allergic to fish so why would I steal the order. Very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been doing uber eats and doordash for over 5 years and I’ve never been accused or humiliated like that by any merchant. Please take your service elsewhere there’s plenty of healthy poke restaurants to choose from in the vinnings/Smyrna area. Especially if you want good service and not racially profiled. I even offered to call doordash myself which i didn’t have to do because it’s his job to dispute orders customers state they never received not mines and he still continued to yell at me in the lobby in front of other customers.

This was our first time at Bowl Lab and getting a poke bowl… we truly enjoyed!!! The owner (i believe) was super kind, helpful and accommodating. Our meals averaged about $13.50 a piece and they were worth EVERY PENNY!

I’m an avid poke bowl lover, and Bowl Labs has easily become my go-to spot in the Vinings area. I’ve been here about five times now, and it never disappoints! The ingredients are always super fresh, the quality is unmatched, and you can just feel how clean everything is. The staff is friendly, professional, and keeps everything organized behind the counter. I always leave knowing I had a fresh, high-quality meal.

I was in the area for a 2 day training and wanted something healthy and fresh. I found bowl lab. I read reviews and overall this place looked like something I wanted to try. I was hoping there were cooked options and there were. I tried the teriyaki salmon bowl. Delicious. I wanted one of the spicy bowls but didn’t need my belly to be on fire for the rest of the training. If you get the teriyaki bowl, be advised they put extra teriyaki sauce on top so day 1 my lettuce was drenched in the sauce. I didnt know. So I asked for light sauce the next day.
There were complaints about the attitudes of the workers. I didnt really get that. Were they overly, chick fil a friendly? No. But they were fine. I have had some bad service at places. This was not one of them. Wish it wasnt so far from my house. Id bring the whole family.
