I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. This was hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had in my life.

I ordered the sesame chicken, and it was unreal. Perfectly crispy, coated in the most flavorful sauce I’ve ever tasted—sweet, savory, and balanced in a way that most places just don’t get right. Every bite was incredible.

But the real star of the show was the crab rangoons. I’m not exaggerating when I say these were the BEST crab rangoons I have ever had anywhere. Perfectly fried, golden and crispy on the outside, and packed with the creamiest, most flavorful filling. Most places skimp on the filling, but these were loaded and absolutely addictive.

Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made with serious care. You can tell the kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing.

If you’re debating where to get Chinese food, stop looking and go here immediately. I would drive across town just for those crab rangoons alone. Easily a 10/10 experience and I’ll be coming back every chance I get.

I’ve been searching for really good Szechuan food since moving here from Houston four years ago and the Hot Pepper Popcorn Chicken here is the by far the closest I’ve found. Crispy, tender, flavorful, really well seasoned (though quite salty). They have a ton of my favorite Szechuan dishes on their “traditional” menu and I’ll definitely be back to try them.

You’re not going to get stunning ambience, and the service is on the slow side (sometimes food can take a very long time) and pretty abrupt, but it’s not different from what you might expect from a cheap hole in the wall place.

I have ordered from here for the past few years and finally found the location! The Rangoon is by far the best in Fort Worth! I do deeply wish this restaurant had the update it deserves, but it is still delicious and never lacking in flavor or service.

I went here with a friend and we both loved it! Most of what we ordered tasted authentic. (In our opinion. We’re both from China.)
Yes, there was a bit of a wait but, we didn’t mind at all. Definitely like a mom and pops or hole in the wall kind of place.
Please be patient with owners. They are kind people.

My 1st visit. I wanted some quick, simple Chinese take-out and they fixed my cravings. Small simple place but delicious food. Chicken fried rice was very tasty and freshly made. I’ve tried the same at other places and by far, better here. Egg rolls are good as well.

Edit: The wonton soup flavor is just the way we like it, flavorful and no weird sweet or strange spices! The wonton pieces are crispy and delicious. My only complain is I wish the pieces in the soup were bigger or at least more than 2.

Food is fantastic! The only thing I haven’t tried as I type this is the wonton soup. Everything else has been tried and I can confirm it’s legit. I like that the bbq chicken stick has thick pieces of meat and the grilled onions add an extra layer of flavor. The sesame chicken tastes like honey chicken, I just wish there was more sauce. The crab Rangoon is sooo thick omg I’m full from one. The pot stickers and sauce are delicious. Have I had better? Yes, but not in Texas. If you’ve ever been to Ming Wok on Granbury Rd., I’d say this place has them beat by a little on flavor but the portion size and price are unheard of these days! Absolutely would order again. I got all this stuff for under $40. I only tried a small bite of each thing but my son (7), who is extremely picky, is tearing this up like it’s his last meal.

I was on a work route, was craving some spicy combo fried rice so that’s what I ordered, this place was exactly what I thought it would be, kind of a hole in the wall vibe, greasy food (in a good way), flavorful, and the beef, shrimp, chicken in my rice was good, not chewy or dry, and just the right amount of spice. If you like that quick fast food quality meal this is the place, the prices are perfect for the portions and flavor. Give it a try!

I got the sesame chicken with fried rice & my boyfriend got the orange chicken with lo mein, good af and freshly made. It was our 1st time here the older Asian guy was kind of rude when we asked for prices, but the younger Asian guy and lady were really nice if it wasn’t for them I don’t think we would of ordered comfortably.. we’ll be back for sure tho the food is worth it.
