Lunch for five including two picky toddlers and a grandmother. The girls loved the rice and beans and quesadilla. The refried beans ARE something to write home about. Good cheese in the quesadilla that was stringy when melted. Delicious, fresh veggie tamales made with organic local produce. Mine had tender purple carrots, potatoes and greens. Yum! Dad had marinated pork in his massive burrito. But the crown for the table goes to the pork pazole. Large portion, plentiful chunks of tender pork in a rich, flavorful broth. Our family of 5 ate for just under $70 including tip. We sat in one of the five booths. There is a long tall table down the middle of the restaurant for larger parties or to share. Lots of parking. Owner operated.

This is such a delightful addition to Edison. It’s a small menu but just fantastically good. The birria quesadilla is my favorite, but the burritos are also excellent. Salsa is hot! You have been warned.
