The food was absolutely immense! The best steak ever had. Wouldn’t usually go for steak out, but the cuts on offer were brilliant. Started with beef tacos (for me hot due to cayenne pepper dusting, but delicious!) then we we t for the strip loin and the ribeye with a side of truffle chips. Striploin was absolutely superb.
Pricey cuts, but worth it!!!

Great place! 100% we are coming back. You pay what you eat. Food is incredible and well presented. We ordered a tartar as a starter and then a steak to share (incredible!) and a strawberry n’cream for dessert. Service is very polite and friendly and the vibe is great for a date or a small group of friends. Definitely we are coming back!

Well what can I say, I’ve been to many restaurants and steak houses and this is by far the top one. Everything from the cocktails to the food to the staff was exceptional. Honestly didn’t have a bad word to say which I usually have one or two comments on things. The Staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Food was seriously tasty and full of flavour. Great options on the menu to suit everyone. Honestly if you’re looking for a seriously good steak this is the place. Steak was honestly cooked to perfection, sides were top tier. If you’re thinking of going just go and thank me later, you won’t regret it. Thanks so much Bovinity for an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back for sure. Keep up the great work guys

one of the locations that disappointed me in Dublin. You make an appointment online, pay a small advance online because they say they are stars and can’t afford to waste time. You get to the location and find a fixed menu of 60 euros per table. After negotiations and requests to a “great star waiter” we manage to get a free menu but our eyes are gouged out and 70 stupid things are said about it being written on the website and since it’s Friday night we have to order a lot. We all order food anyway but the great waiter should have the last word. Then let’s get back to the food, very well cooked but playing with cheap spices thrown in the pile was not really what was needed. In conclusion, dear review readers, think carefully before going to this location.

Amazing Sunday roast!!! Beef was melt in your mouth, gravy was heavily and a HUGE Yorkshire pudding and creamy mash!!
Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Definitely worth a visiting and I would eat here again if in Dublin.

Beautiful little steakhouse on the High Street. We booked in advance before we arrived in Dublin as this was for a 40th meal which staff kindly brought out a little cupcake with a candle on it.
Steak was delicious, although we ordered a different steak we were given chateaubriand by accident, although more expensive it was delicious.

A Steakhouse With Potential… but at a Price
Bovinity is expensive—and not the casual “treat yourself” kind of expensive. More the “did I accidentally wander into a Michelin audition?” kind of expensive.
That’s fine when everything lines up, but a few things just didn’t quite hit the mark.
First impressions: the floor felt a little greasy and slippery, which isn’t exactly the vibe you want when you’re gearing up to enjoy a premium steak. Even the toilets had a slightly confusing layout, like they were designed by someone who enjoys escape rooms.
We waited around an hour from arriving to actually getting our food. To be fair, that might partly be on us—we didn’t order starters, nibbles, bread, olives, anything—but still, an hour is an hour.
Now, the good stuff: the steak itself was genuinely delicious. The beef bone gravy? Outstanding. The garlic butter and mash were spot on too—proper comfort food elevated.
The chips, though… I had visions of chunky, golden beef-dripping chips arriving at the table. Instead, they were more like standard fries. Decent enough, just not what you imagine when you’re paying top-end steakhouse prices.
Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy the meal. The steak and gravy in particular were excellent. But when something is priced at the “special occasion” level, expectations naturally rise—and for me, Bovinity fell just a little short of those expectations.

Dinner for 2 is incredibly expensive for bang average steak we’re you have to pay extra for an expensive sauce. Our total was 120ish, 30-40euro just for a steak that’s cooked to your liking, but sadly not seasoned well and disappointing tbh.
Scallops were tasty but the portion was weird, one never had “scallops” this small before so I question if they really were “scallops”
Beef spring rolls are amazing.
Steaks disappointing
And the service seem “too cool for school” for an expensive steak house.
Might not come back.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Steaks were really good too. We loved the appetizers more than the mains
