The drinks were spot on ! In a deep Eddys lemon vodka gal and was so happy they had it !
I ordered the short ribs on risotto and it was FANFLIPPINtastic! My hubby ordered the shrimp n grits , we were let down with those as they were a bit on the bland side.
We will definitely be back , service was great , beautiful view and I enjoyed my dish! Happy wife – happy life (haha)

The fried green tomato appetizer was good. Everything else was a disaster. I ordered the ribeye cooked very rare. It came out medium and tough as a gym shoe. The asparagus i ordered was a $2 upcharge but it was old, yellow and mushy. My partner ordered the catch of the day, Mahi mahi, and it was fishy and dry, it tasted frozen. His twice baked potato was so hard and dry, it tasted like they made it last week. The waitress was excellent and very pleasant so we didn’t make a fuss or complain, but we will never be back. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog.

Been coming here for a few years now and it’s still one of my favorites among the marsh walk. We got the chefs special (lobster ravioli and steak) and a crab cake sandwiche. Everything tasted great. The chefs special was a little smaller portioned than expected. But still it looked amazing and tasted so good.

The weekly fish and chips dinner was terrible! The manager wouldn’t even come speak to us. After I let our server know I was going to post a review the manager suddenly gave us 50% off the 1 meal. The server was nice but not very attentive. The steak was very flavorful. I will not go there again.

Great outdoor atmosphere. My steak was charred beautifully and cooked perfectly. My wife’s tomahawk pork chop was tender & tasty. Our waitress was Fran Dreschler incarnate. A great spot to take a stroll on the boardwalk that’s a highlight of Murrell’s Inlet. Overall, a vacation highlight. Parking will be difficult at a cost of $10+. Bovine’s will give you a $5 credit but remind your server BEFORE you pay your bill.

Stopped eating at the sister restaurant because it has gone down hill past ten years. (Incredibly) I tried bovines and just got pizza, probably 3rd best pizza in the area so I’d say that’s good. However there need to be some help with the other food and procedures apparently. My guests said the steak was flavorless and they don’t cook it to temp it’s all rare (like next door), they need some new talent, good ingredients, some actual flavor. It’s a shame that these beautiful restaurants are being run down by someone that isn’t up with flavor and food trends. Everything taste like it’s from a bag or can, and like it is going bad. I wish I could say better I really want to. I’ll be back when I hear they got new chef of something. These used to be great places.

My husband and I were glad to see Bovines reopen. Every time we were in that area, we ordered to go, but this last time, we stopped in and enjoyed our meal. Beautiful restaurant with great views. Great food and great staff! We enjoyed our Father’s Day meal❣️ This restaurant never disappoints we always enjoy our meals year after year. #Bovine2024

Food quality was simply not good. Even taking into account that we were there on New Years Eve, the service was not good. I always tip, even when things are not as I would like, but in this case, I had to make an exception. One person in our party attempted to see the manager but he would not come out to talk to him. We are not drinkers but a restaurant should not give you good service just because you don’t buy alcohol.
